We all know that we must choose what is good for our soul & not for our ego. But we do exactly the opposite of it. 

We all are very much familiar with both our ego & our soul. Our ego is the internal voice that tell us again & again that there is no ‘WE’, there is only ‘I’ & sees a normal daily life as a fierce competition, a battle & war. It will constantly prompt us to win over enemies (everyone other than self 😪) no matter what…

Soul or our highest self, on the other hand, is ‘WE’, there is no “I” in it. Our soul is the deep, profound & infinitely tranquil place within us that knows nothing but empathy, love, compassion & truth. It sees life as a divine gift. Instead of fighting or seeking recognition from others, it only seeks inner authenticity.

Let you begin to feed your soul instead of starving it. You know when you give your body delicious & healthy food, you feel more vibrant & alive; the same is true for your soul. You very well know everything available on your buffet, all you have to do is to find the diet that will elevate your vibe & nourishes your soul.

Darling listen – feed your soul with the same zeal that you feed your body. Feed it with love, bliss, connections… Start acting beyond your ego self. Start doing more of those things that make you feel good on the inside. Start doing the most with what you have & can. श्री कृष्ण की गो-भक्ति और हमारा गांय को मां कहने के पीछे कई कारण हैं। पर मुझे लगता है उसका प्रमुख कारण है गांय में मौजूद वत्सलता, आत्मीयता, उपयोगिता एवं ईश्वरीय गुणों की झलक।

अगर हम सारे पशु-जगत में खोजेंगे, तो पाएंगे की गाय के पास जैसी आत्मा दिखाई पड़ती है, वैसी किसी दूसरे पशु के पास दिखाई नहीं पड़ती है। गाय के नेत्रों में हिरण के नेत्रों जैसा विस्मय न होकर सदा एक आत्मीय विश्वास झलकता है। अगर हम गाय की आंखों में झांकेंगे, तो पायेंगे कि जैसी करुणा और ममता गाय की आंख में झलकती है वैसी किसी दूसरे पशु की आंख से नहीं झलकती। जैसी स्नेहशीलता, सरलता, आत्मीयता, संवेदनशीलता और जैसी उपयोगिता गाय में दिखाई पड़ती है वैसी किसी दूसरे पशु में नहीं दिखाई पड़ती है। समस्त पशु-जगत में गांय की आत्मिक गुणवत्ता साफ स्पष्ट रूप से सर्वाधिक विकसित मालूम पड़ती है।

अब महत्वपूर्ण सवाल ये उठता है कि हम से क्या दिखायी पड़ रहा है। ईश्वर की सर्वश्रेष्ठ रचना होने के नाते क्या हम से ईश्वरीय या मानवीय गुणों की झलक देखने को मिलती है?? मुझे लगता है कि कम से कम गाय जितनी उपयोगिता तथा आत्मिक गुणवत्ता तो हम सब के मन, वचन और कर्म से झलकनी ही चाहिये 🤭।

परमात्मा की विशेष कृपा और अनुग्रह से आपको यह दुर्लभ मानव शरीर मिला है और यदि आप इसे प्राप्त कर के गाय जितनी भी पवित्रता, शीलता, सहजता, शुद्ध आचरण, धैर्य और दृढ़ता नही अपना पाते हैं, इन्हें अपने वचनों से और क्रमों से प्रदर्शित नही कर पाते हैं तो हमारा इस शरीर को पाना सार्थक नहीं सिद्ध हो सकता है।

उन्होंने आप को विवेक, ज्ञान और प्रज्ञा देकर सभी जीवों में श्रेष्ठ बनाया है। इन दिव्य गुणों को अपने आचरण में समावेश करते हुए सदा उपयोगी, सार्थक, अर्थपूर्ण, भद्र और नेक रह कर अपने मनुष्य धर्म का निष्ठापूर्वक पालन करना ही प्रार्थना है। मन, वचन और कर्म से धार्मिक कृत्यों में संलग्न रहना ही प्रार्थना है। अपने मन में निर्मलता, विवेकशीलता और प्रसन्नता बनाये रखना तथा स्वयं को विकसित करने के लिये निरन्तर परुषार्थ करना ही प्रार्थना है।

मैं एक बार पुनः बता दूं कि श्रद्धा एवं अहोभाव से उनकी भक्ति, स्वभावतः सदाचार का पालन करना, बुद्धि में धर्मभाव रखना तथा शरीर से सदैव सत्कर्म करना ही उनकी कृपा का पात्र बनने का सबसे सरल उपाय है और इसी से हमारी वास्तविक उन्नति सम्भव है।

जो देखने सुनने मे कितना ही सुंदर और शक्तिशाली दिखे, किन्तु आचार सर्वथा भिन्न हों, स्वार्थपूर्ण हों, अथवा जिसके विचार एवं ज्यादातर कर्म छल व कपट से भरे हों और दूसरे को धोखा देने, प्रपंच रचने के उद्देश्य से हों.. वे कभी भी उनके प्रिय नही बन सकते हैं।

मैं आज अपने आराध्य प्रभु जी से प्रार्थना करता हूँ कि आपका कठिन श्रम, दृढ़ संकल्प, सत्कर्म और सदविचारों का योग आपको उनकी कृपा का पात्र बनाए रखे और आप के जीवन में सभी प्रकार की भौतिकीय और आध्यात्मिक उच्चताएँ प्राप्त करने में सहायक सिद्ध हों।

Today, I wish to remind you of this popular saying or a principle – “Use It or Lose It”. It means that if you don’t continue to practice or use an ability, you will lose that ability or skill.

If you don’t exercise, you are likely to lose strength, stamina & endurance. The same applies to your brain. Brains cells also operate under the same general principle: Use it, or lose it. If you do not use your brain daily & adequately, then your brain loses its function 🤣.

Darling listen, this adage is crucial & pretty much applies to every single thing in your life – starting from your muscles, function & skills to your potential, money, talent & resources.

If you do not engage in or utilize your things timely or if you don’t continuously practice an ability, it will disappear or no longer be viable.

Always remember – unused money devalues. Unused talent diminishes, Unused potential decays. Unused machinery disintegrates, Unused time dies. Unused knowledge becomes a burden. What isn’t used is lost 🤭.

Sweetheart, the tragedy of life isn’t the ultimate death, but the resources that die within you when you are still alive.

Let me remind you that the simple act of noticing what’s going right opens us to the abundance that lies in & around us all the time. मुझे उम्मीद है कि आप जानते हैं कि हम स्वंय ही अपने प्रारब्ध के रचयिता हैं। संचित कर्मफल (अच्छे या बुरे) कहीं से ला कर हम पर थोपे थोड़े ही जा रहे हैं। हमारा वर्तमान में किया हुआ कर्म ही भविष्य में या अगले जन्म में हमारा प्रारब्ध बन जाता है। अब तो जो हैं सो है, आगे के लिये तो शुभ कर्म कर के एवं भगवान के शरणागत हो कर भगवत् प्राप्ति के अधिकारी और पात्र बन ही सकते हैं। आगे के लिये अपनी लौकिक एवं परालौकिक अनुकूलताओं के सृजन से कौन रोक रहा है आपको 🤭।

आज मैं एक बात दुबारा याद दिला दूँ कि आप बाहर से चाहें कितने ही सुंदर, बुद्धिमान, तेजतर्रार या गतिशील क्यों ना हो, अगर आपकी दृष्टि में स्पष्टता, बुद्धि में पवित्रता, मन में स्थिरता और शुद्धता नही है तो चाहें कितने ही ऊँचे कुल में पैदा हुऐ हो(पूर्व जन्मों के पुरषार्थ एवं संचित कर्मफलों की वजह से), आप अपने आगे के लिये किस प्रकार का प्रारब्ध पैदा कर रहे हैं आप स्वयं समझ सकते हैं।

जो लोग अपनी जिम्मेदारीयों के प्रति, अपनी सम्भावनाओं के प्रति, अपनी बुद्विमत्ता और कर्मों के प्रति सजग हैं और सहज हैं- और हर परिस्थिति में सदाचार और सद्व्यवहार करने के प्रति प्रतिबद्ध है उनके किस प्रकार के प्रारब्ध निर्मित हो रहे हैं, किस प्रकार के शुभ कर्म फल संचित हो रहे हैं, इसे समझना कोई बहुत मुश्किल नही है। कौन अपने लिये नरक और कौन अपने लिये स्वर्ग का निर्माण कर रहा है ये समझना क्या इतना मुश्किल है क्या?

लिये हुए कर्ज का न चुकाना (कर्ज से मेरा मतलब केवल लिये हुऐ धन से ही ही नही बल्कि हम से जुड़ी उम्मीदो, विश्वास व मिली हुई दुआओ से भी है), वचनों का पालन न करना, अपने उत्तरदायित्व एवं जिम्मेदारियो से बचना, विश्वासघात – दगा करना, कुछ कहना और कुछ करना, हर पल आपके प्रारब्ध का निर्माण करते हैं जिसके कारण फिर जो हो सकता है अभी, आगे और अगले वाले में वो हम सब समझ सकते हैं।

इसीलिये मेरा मानना है कि सच्ची निष्ठा से सदैव शुभकर्म करते रहना,अपने कर्तव्यों और प्रतिबद्धताओं का पूरी निष्ठा से पालन करना, हमेशा होश में रहना, अपनी चेतना को पूरी तरह से यहां और अभी में रखना, दूसरों के साथ प्रसन्नता पूर्वक रहना, सभी दूसरों को सम्मान देना, ईमानदारी को जीवन की सर्वोपरि नीति बना लेना तथा हर हाल में अपने और ईश्वर के वचनों का पालन करते रहना ही हमारी सर्वोत्तम प्रार्थना है।

आज मेरे आराध्य प्रभु जी से प्रार्थना है कि आपके द्वारा किये गए शुभ कर्म, पुरुषार्थ सदैव लौकिक-पारलौकिक अनुकूलताओं के सृजन में सहायक और दैव-अनुग्रह प्रदाता साबित हों। आपके भीतर ईश्वरीय अनुभूति की निरंतरता बनी रहे – बढ़ती रहे तथा आपके जोश, उत्साह और आनंदोल्लास में दिन-प्रतिदिन वृद्धि हो।
