आज मैं आपसे एक और सनातन सत्य के बारे में बात करना चाहता हूँ जो आपके जीवन को पूरी तरह से बदल सकता है। यह ओशो के एक विचार से प्रेरित है और मेरा मानना है कि यह हम में से हर किसी के लिए एक शक्तिशाली संदेश है। यह है – बिना किसी कारण के, निस्वार्थ भाव से किये गए कर्म ही सच्ची प्रार्थना है।

ज्यादातर जीवन अब एक व्यापार हो चला है, व्यवहार हो चला है—आप कुछ करते हैं, और बदले में कुछ पाते हैं। पाते हैं या नही, लेकिन आशा तो यही रखते हैं 🤭 आप प्रार्थना करते हैं ताकि आपकी इच्छाएँ पूरी हों। आप सड़क पर किसी गिरे हुए व्यक्ति को इसलिए उठाते हैं कि लोग आपको अच्छा कहें या आपको बदले में धन्यवाद मिले। यह सब लेन-देन है। यकीनन इसमें कतई कोई बुराई नही है। यह मानवीय स्वभाव है और जरूरी है। लेकिन यह जीवन की पूरी तस्वीर नहीं है, बल्कि एक सतही सांसारिक हिस्सा है। ये आध्यात्मिक, धार्मिक और पूर्णता प्राप्त करने की जीवनशैली नही है 🤫

आप अपना मानवीय व्यवहार और व्यापार बेशक जारी रखें, उसे दिन-प्रतिदिन बढ़ाएँ भी 🏃। पर इस सबके बीच, अपने रिश्तों, अपनी दोस्ती और सबसे बढ़कर अपनी प्रार्थनाओं में थोड़ी अकारणता को जगह ज़रूर दें। और हो सके तो एक आध दूसरा कोई कार्य अकारण करने का अभ्यास करें। जब आप बिना किसी अपेक्षा के कुछ करते हैं, तो आप सीधे उस ब्रह्मांडीय ऊर्जा से जुड़ जाते हैं। सोचिए, माता-पिता का अपने बच्चों के लिए प्रेम—क्या वह किसी कारण पर टिका होता है? नहीं। उनका प्रेम निस्वार्थ है, बिना किसी कारण के है, और यही प्रेम उनके हृदय की सबसे सच्ची प्रार्थना है।

यकीन मानिये की ये सब भी प्रार्थना का हिस्सा हैं –

• जब आप किसी अजनबी को देखकर मुस्कुराते हैं, सिर्फ इसलिए कि आप खुश हैं।
  
• जब आप रास्ते में पड़े कचरे को उठाकर डस्टबिन में डाल देते हैं, बिना यह सोचे कि कोई देख रहा है या नहीं।
  
• जब आप किसी को सिर्फ इसलिए कॉल करते हैं या मैसेज भेजते हैं क्योंकि आप उसकी परवाह करते हैं, न कि इसलिए कि आपको उससे कोई काम है।
• और निश्चित ही जब आप उनकी प्रार्थना या कोई धार्मिक अनुष्ठान अकारण, केवल अहोभाव और कृतज्ञता के भाव से करते हैं।

वास्तव में, निस्वार्थ कार्य ही आपके भीतर उस दिव्यता – उस अनन्तता को जगाते हैं, जिसका हिस्सा हम जन्म से ही हैं। जब आप बिना किसी अपेक्षा के, स्वभाववश कुछ करते हैं, तो वही सच्ची प्रार्थना हो जाती है। और जब आप इस अकारण भाव को अपने दैनिक जीवन का हिस्सा बना लेते हैं, तो आप पाते हैं कि ब्रह्मांड आपको लौटाने लगा है—यह कोई लेन-देन नहीं है, एक ईश्वरीय आशीर्वाद है क्योंकि वो निस्वार्थता और अहोभाव को पहचानता है।

मुझे ज़रूर बताइएगा कि ये अकारण और निस्वार्थ भाव से भेजे गये संदेश आपके दिमाग में कोई खिचड़ी पका रहे हैं या नही? क्या ये आपको भी बिना किसी कारण के, बस यूँ ही, कुछ बेहतरीन करने के लिए उकसा रहे हैं या नही?

आज मेरी आराध्य प्रभु जी से प्रार्थना है कि आप भी जल्द ही उस अवस्था को प्राप्त करें, जहाँ आपके कुछ काम, अगर सारे नहीं तो, अकारण और निस्वार्थ हो जाएँ। आपका दैनिक जीवन ही एक प्रार्थना बन जाए और आप उस खुशी, सुकून, शांति और तृप्ति का अनुभव करने लगें जो किसी भी अन्य चीज़ से नहीं मिल सकती।
