हम सभी को मालूम है कि हमें अपने अपने कर्तव्यों-दायित्वों का निष्ठापूर्वक निर्वहन करते हुए अपने जीवन के मूल उद्देश्य यानी के यथार्थ बोध, सत्य की अनुभूति एवं मोक्ष की प्राप्ति करनी है। अब ये हमारे ऊपर निर्भर है कि ये काम मात्र हम एक दिन में कर लें या जीवन भर भी न कर पायें। यह एक दीपक प्रज्वलित करने जैसा है। एक माचिस की तीली भी काफी है, या फिर पूरी डिब्बी भी कम पड़ सकती है 🤭🤭

मेरा और मेरे प्रेरणास्त्रोतों का मानना है कि सदैव शुभ विचार और शुभ कर्म करना, अपने अंतस् को शुभ संकल्पों से भावित कर शुभता, सकारात्मकता और स्वयं में अंतर्निहित अनंतता अनुभूत करना तथा दूसरों को भी प्रत्यक्ष या परोक्ष रुप से प्रेरित करना हमारी प्रार्थना ही नही बल्कि एक ब्रह्मयज्ञ भी है।

यह रविवारीय लेख मेरे मन में पनपे सकारात्मक विचारों को आपके साथ साझा करने का एक प्रयास है। मैं उम्मीद करता हूँ कि ये विचार आपके जीवन में भी सकारात्मक बदलाव लाएँगे 🙏

हर साल, नए साल का आगमन हमारे जीवन में एक नई शुरुआत का संकेत देता है। लेकिन क्या वाकई हर साल हम नए सिरे से जीते हैं? अक्सर हम पिछले साल की तरह ही जीते हैं, उसी रूटीन में फंसे रहते हैं। हम नया साल तो मनाते हैं, लेकिन क्या हम खुद को नया बना पाते हैं?

यह सवाल इसलिए उठता है क्योंकि हम अक्सर पिछले साल की खराब आदतों, निरस जीवनशैली और बेकार विचारों को इस साल भी दोहराते हैं। हम कुछ नया करने की बजाय, उन्हीं रास्तों पर चलते रहते हैं जो हमें पहले से ही पता हैं कहीं नही जाते हैं। यह सवाल उठता है कि क्या हम वाकई हर साल एक नई शुरुआत करते हैं या बस पुराने साल का दोहराव करते हैं?

हम खुद अपनी जिंदगी के कलाकार हैं। हर नया साल हमें एक खाली कैनवास देता है, जिस पर हम अपनी नई पेंटिंग बना सकते हैं। लेकिन अक्सर हम इस कैनवास को पिछले साल की पेंटिंग की नकल से भर देते हैं।

नए साल का अर्थ

नया साल हमें न सिर्फ खुद को बेहतर बनाने, बल्कि अपने सपनों को साकार करने का भी सुनहरा मौका देता है। यह वह समय है जब हम नए लक्ष्य बना सकते हैं, पुरानी गलतियों से सीख सकते हैं और अपनी क्षमताओं को निखार सकते हैं। हम अपने जीवन में एक नया अध्याय शुरू कर सकते हैं और एक नया किरदार निभा सकते हैं। यह वह समय है जब हम अपनी कमजोरियों पर काम करके स्वयं को मजबूत बना सकते हैं।

पुराने से नए की ओर

इस नए साल में कुछ नया करने के लिए हमें अपनी कुछ पुरानी आदतों, सोच और विश्वासों को बदलना होगा। यह आसान नहीं, लेकिन असंभव भी नहीं। कल्पना कीजिए कि आप एक अंगारा हैं। हर अंगारे में दो चीजें होती हैं – एक भाग जो राख बनकर बुझ चुका है, और दूसरा भाग जो अभी भी अंदर से जल रहा है। यह जो जलता हुआ भाग है, इसे आप फिर से प्रज्वलित कर सकते हैं।

जिंदगी बड़ी अद्भुत है, उसमें खोजने वालों को सब मिल जाता है। और जो आपको मिल जाता हो, ध्यान से समझ लेना कि आपने खोजा था इसीलिए मिल गया है। और कोई कारण नहीं है उसके मिल जाने का। यह एक सरल सिद्धांत है: जो आप ढूंढते हैं, वही आपको मिलता है। यह ठीक वैसा ही है जैसे अगर आप आग ढूंढते हैं, तो आपको आग मिलेगी, और अगर आप राख ढूंढते हैं, तो आपको राख मिलेगी। 

इस नए साल को एक नए जीवन की शुरुआत मानें। अपने भीतर दबी उस अंगारे को फिर से प्रज्वलित करने का प्रयास करें। आप जो कुछ भी कर सकते हैं, करें। नए लक्ष्य बनाएं, नए अनुभवों को खोजें। यह सिर्फ एक उदाहरण है। महत्वपूर्ण है भाव समझना, कृपया शब्दों पर नहीं अटकें।

नया साल, नई शुरुआत

बदलाव लाने के लिए हमें खुद को बदलना होगा, सिर्फ एक कैलेंडर को बदलने से काम नही चलेगा। ऐसे भी नही होगा कि हम पूरे साल को एक बार मे ही नया कर लेंगे। एक-एक पल में कुछ नया करेंगे तो अंततः पूरा दिन, पूरा महीना, पूरा वर्ष भी नया हो जाएगा।

जो पुराना था उसे थिर रखना है। सब पुराने को थिर रखना है। याद रखिये की अतीत एक धरोहर है, एक आभूषण है जिसे संभाल कर रखना है और उसे विशेष अवसर पर सुंदर स्मृतियों के तौर पर धारण भी करना है लेकिन ये जो दुबारा हमें जीवन के नवीकरण का समय मिल रहा है उसे बर्बाद नही करना है। इस नए साल में अपने आप को बदलिए, थोड़ा अपने लिए, थोड़ा अपने आसपास वालो के लिए, थोड़ा उनके लिए जिन्हे आपसे उम्मीदे है, थोड़ा उनके लिए जिन पर आप निर्भर है बहुत ज़्यादा नही बस थोड़ा बहुत। बस यही प्रयास आपकी सर्वोच्च प्रार्थना होगी।

आइए इस नए साल में हम सभी कुछ नया करने का संकल्प लें। आइए हम अपनी जिंदगी में सकारात्मक बदलाव लाएं। आइए हम अपने सपनों को साकार करें। यही शुभ संकल्प प्रार्थना है।

सब मंगल कामनाओं को पूर्ण करने वाले मेरे आराध्य प्रभु जी से आज मेरी प्रार्थना है की आने वाला नया साल आपके और परिवार में सभी के लिये असंख्य आशीर्वाद, सुकून, शुभता और मांगल्य लेकर आये।

आपके जीवन के शेष सालों में तमाम तरह के अवसर, मधुरता, मस्ती, खुशियां एवं अच्छी सेहत की कामनाओं के साथ साथ मैं आज उनसे ये भी प्रार्थना करता हूँ कि आने वाला प्रत्येक नया दिन सुंदर, खुशहाल, मज़ेदार, रोमांचक और सबसे बढ़कर उत्पादक हो। मंगल शुभकामनाएं।।

• Review your facebook, instagram & linkedin to recall your accomplishments, proud moments, big & small. Celebrate your wins today.  Focus on being valued & useful, not just liked.
• Reflect on your appreciation for life this year. What were you most appreciative for – does it easily come to mind? How will you cultivate more appreciation & gratitude in ’25?
• Evaluate your overall attitude this year. Were you happy, optimistic & energized or more negative & grumpy? Aim for a more positive & optimistic outlook.
• Consider how well your actions were aligned with your goals, mission, values & purpose. Make adjustments as needed.
• Reflect on how you showed care & support to your beloved ones. Focus on being more affectionate.
• Reflect on how much you grew in wisdom, consciousness & self-awareness. Identify areas where you can continue to expand your mindset.
• Review your current activities. Identify what you should start doing, stop doing & continue doing before the year is over. Make necessary positive changes to improve your life.

Darling listen – Regardless of whether 2024 was a dream or a disaster, I want you to end it with a grateful heart. But when 2025 finally concludes, I wish & hope you can look back & genuinely say, “This was the year everything changed & transformed”. “I finally became the person I was meant to be”.
