आप ने अपने जीवन में हर दिन नही तो कई सौ बार ईश्वर से प्रार्थना की होगी और कर भी रहे होंगे।। सब करते ही हैं। सब ही उनसे अपने दुखों और कष्टों को दूर करने, अपने सपनों को पूरा करने, अपने जीवन में सुख और शांति पाने तथा इहलौकिक और पारलौकिक उन्नति के लिये प्रार्थना करते ही हैं, लेकिन क्या कभी कभी आप को लगता है कि आपकी प्रार्थनाएं नहीं सुनी गईं? क्या कभी ऐसा हुआ है कि हमने ईश्वर से कुछ मांगा और हमें वह नहीं मिला?

ऎसा जरूर हुआ होगा। इस बात की बहुत प्रबल संभावनाएं हैं। ये शायद इसीलिए हुआ होगा कि हमारी प्रार्थनाएं ईश्वर तक पहुंची ही नही होंगी या शायद हमने ईश्वर से सही तरीके से प्रार्थना नहीं की होगी। शायद हमारे मन में ईश्वर के लिए सही भाव नहीं रहे होंगे या शायद हमने ईश्वर से जो मांगा है, वह हमारे लिए सही नहीं रहा होगा। कई सारे कारण हो सकते हैं।

आशंका ये भी है की शायद ईश्वर ने हमें ब्लॉक ही कर दिया हो 🤣 या शायद भेजे गए सारे प्रार्थना संदेश किसी ब्लॉक नंबर पर गए हों 🤭 ये बहुत मुमकिन है। क्योंकि अक्सर हमारी प्रार्थनायें भी हमारे मन की तरह होती हैं – घृणित स्वार्थ, धूर्त्तता और अहंकार से भरी हुई। आज के रविवारीय लेख का मूल उद्देश्य इसी बास्त का विस्तार है और ये भी की सही मायनों में उनसे कनेक्शन कैसे इस्टेब्लिश किया जाये या की किस तरह की प्रार्थना की जाये।

कठोती में गंगा होने से काम नही चलेगा है, मन का चंगा होना अनिवार्य है। हमारे लिये पढ़ पढ़ कर या रटे रटाये केवल कुछ शब्दों से प्रार्थना करना, किसी भी कारण या भाव से प्रभु का ध्यान करना, कम से कम न करने से तो बेहतर ही है। लेकिन सही मायनों में प्रार्थना तभी मानी जायेगी जब हम अपने जीवन की हर श्वास प्रभु प्रार्थना बना लेंगे, अपने प्रत्येक शब्द को अपने प्रत्येक कर्म को उनकी शुद्ध प्रार्थना बना लेंगे।

हमारी प्रार्थना स्वतः ही स्फुरित होने लगेगी और उन तक हम पहुंच पाएंगे जब

• हमारे मन का हर चिंतन ही मन से उभरने वाले प्रभु प्रार्थना के स्वर बन जाएंगे।
• हमारी भावना का हर स्पंदन प्रभु पुकार बन जाएगा।
• हमारा जीवन ही प्रार्थनामय जीवन बन जाएगा।
• जब हम अपने आराध्य के साथ सदा घुल-मिलकर जीना शुरू कर देंगे।

मेरा मानना है कि जब हम अपने भगवान् के साथ रोजमर्रा के जीवन मे घुल- मिलकर जीना शुरू कर देते हैं महान संत मीरा जी की तरह तब जाकर उनकी अनुभूति हो पाती है। जब हम भी उनकी तरह अपने प्रभु को अपने रोजमर्रा के जीवन का हिस्सा बना लेते हैं तब ही जाकर इस जीवन मे हमें अमरत्व (परमतत्त्व) की एक आध बूंद प्राप्त हो सकेगी अन्यथा नही, कुछ भी कर लो।

मैं आज अपने आराध्य प्रभु जी से प्रार्थना करता हूँ कि वे मीरा के कृष्ण की तरह आप को अपने भीतर, वस्तुओँ में, जीवों में, अपने साथ और आस- पास हर जगह महसूस होने लगें।

आपके ह्रदय के तार अपने आराध्य से सदा सदा के लिये जुड़ जायें और आपकी बातें उन तक पहुंचने लगें, आप उनका कहना मानने लगें और वे आपका। उनकी शक्ति आपकी रक्षा, चिकित्सा और आपके रोग-दुख-विषाद दूर करने के लिये प्रकट होने लगे, इन्ही सब मंगलकामनाओं के साथ साथ उनसे आज ये भी विनती है कि आपके चारों तरफ निर्मल प्रकाश सदा छाया रहे, आपकी आगे की जीवन यात्रा का पथ निष्कंटक हो जाये तथा आपके घर-आंगन में सदा शुभता और मांगल्य की वर्षा होती रहे।
