I wish you to know that it is your mindset, core belief systems & corresponding assumptions, underlying ideas you hold about yourself, others & the world reflect in whatever you say & do. Whatever you say, each word that you speak & everything you do reflect your real-reality.

While it’s nearly impossible to get rid of your negative attitude, thoughts & behaviours or to look positive & optimistic while it is otherwise in heart & mind, you can choose to strip away the parts of your life that frequently bring you down & instead use that energy towards being the most positive, optimistic & hopeful version of yourself.
