You are not only what you eat but also what you think of, what you feel & what you constantly do…

Today I wish to remind you that we attract most of the events, people, things (good or bad) & experience the world in a way that makes sense to our own subconscious mind.

The subconscious mind does not analyze & it does not question. It is what it is fed. Whatever you feed to your subconscious mind, it becomes your reality.

There is a saying that “you are what you eat”. A more insightful message is that you are not only what you eat but also what you think of, what you feel & what you constantly do.

You have to take care of your body with nourishment & exercise in order for you to function properly, right? It’s just the same way you need to nurture your subconscious mind so that it can help you to thrive, prosper & achieve your higher goals.

Therefore become very mindful of not only what you put in your stomach & but also what you put in your subconscious mind. If you always focus on mistakes, shortcomings, nonsense, lack, drama, noise, chaos or feed it with negative & toxic thoughts & feelings from yourself or from others – then you are restricting yourself & attracting only negative experiences into your life. Start watching what you feed to your mind.

Sweetheart, therefore your primary focus should be to feel good, think on things that are wholesome, things & thoughts that are pure & positive, things that are of a good report, find something to watch that’s uplifting, something inspiring & motivating to attract things that you want in real sense & co-create with the universe what is of the highest good for you & your loved ones.
