If you can’t think well & positively, at least try to fake it…

Today I wish you to know that if your emotional well-being is contaminated, it’s going to affect not only your physical well-being but everyone in your world.

Sweetheart, please come out of the mental fog that you are into right now which is actually forcing you to keep your eyes closed & let yourself daydream. Ask yourself what are you doing?

Darling listen – get up & get out of your house or room (Fog), go to work for doing something meaningful, connect, smile & laugh all the day. You need to force yourself to think well & positively (or at least try to – initially – fake it).

You need to immediately stop thinking & speaking negatively about yourself & others, even as a joke. Your spirit doesn’t know the difference.

Please try to be away from “your current self” & try to be one among us or others in the crowd on road. Believe me you will feel refreshed, recouped & good.
