Darling listen – that picture-perfect life you scrolled through on social media.. Yeah, that effortless grace? It is because of a boatload of unseen struggles. Just like those perfectly chiseled abs probably involved a lot more grunting & sweat than the beach selfie lets on.

The point is, Sweetheart, results take work. You have to put in extraordinarily consistent efforts to make things appear flawless & effortless. All the perfect & elegant performances, peaceful & happy life, the affluence & influence… you see now here & there are often the result of a large volume of effortful, gritty & disciplined practices.
