Today I wish you to know that most of us often present a carefully curated image of ourselves to the world, much like a meticulously decorated living room. But beneath this facade, there’s a hidden part of us, like a forgotten basement 🤭..

Sweetheart, you’re not alone. All of us wear masks to navigate daily life. We all conceal our true selves & project an idealized image.

But, you & I both know that this isn’t our authentic face. Beneath this carefully constructed beautiful exterior, our authentic self resides, suppressed in the depths of our unconscious. We’ve become so accustomed to this dummy facade that we’ve forgotten who we truly are.

Because, we are afraid of our suppressions & repressions hidden in the basement of our minds, we are even afraid to look at them. It means we are like the ones who have forgotten the rest of the house & are confined to the familiar well lit living room of our constructed identity.
