Beyond “It Is What It Is”: Evict Your Unwanted  Annoyances (Gracefully or Not šŸ¤Ŗ)

Gdmng! It’s a new day & you’re still that awesome person you are. Sure, you’re sometimes a little messy, chaotic & all over the place. One minute you think you’ve got it all figured out, the next you’re wondering if you even know how to tie your shoes.. And let’s be honest, you also can’t stop “life’s little surprises” from finding you again & again.

Sweetheart, Let’s be real: you can’t stop the seasons from changing (so no end to those “too hot/too cold” debates). You also can’t magically avoid every sniffle. And, even funnier, you simply can’t stop yourself from occasionally thinking, saying or doing something you probably shouldn’t. That’s just us! A glorious, messy mix of questionable intentions & occasional foot-in-mouth moments šŸ™Š.

Darling listen – It is what it is & honestly, that’s totally okay. You simply can’t stop those little hiccups, momentary missteps, annoying sniffles or even those words you wish you hadn’t said from popping up. You’re human, after all! But here’s the kicker: you absolutely don’t have to let them set up a permanent camp in your brain and heart ⛺.

Think of these problems like that annoying telemarketer who just won’t quit. Sure, they might get through once, but you’re not obligated to give them your life savings or invite them over for a cozy dinner. So, acknowledge the “call,” then politely but firmly hang up. Your mental & emotional space is far too valuable for unwanted guests 😘!

I wish & hope you get really good at spotting & kicking out all those little unwarranted annoyances (gracefully or, let’s be honest, ungracefully!). May your path have fewer “banana peels” & may you enjoy not giving a permanent spot to anything that doesn’t spark joy (or at least a decent laugh).
