The Powerful Practice of Accepting What Comes But Always Meeting It With Your Best šŸ¤

Those who know me well know I live by a simple mantra: Accept what comes, but always meet it with your best. While I’m still learning the true power of this philosophy, it’s definitely not about giving up—it’s surely about finding peace in the present moment to move forward with clarity & strength, trusting the process.

I recently found this idea reinforced in Deepak Chopra’s The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success. He beautifully explains that when we resist what happens, we create turbulence within ourselves. He explains that we might want things to be different in the future, but in the present moment we need to accept things as they are. That’s the way you can make your life flow smoothly instead of roughly.. So, true.. isn’t it šŸ¤”

Sweetheart, this is the art of acceptance—a practice we all can benefit from. Acceptance is not a sign of weakness, but a wellspring of deep, inner strength & wisdom. It’s about knowing when to act & when to simply be. Instead of exhausting your energy trying to force open a closed door, turn & see the many windows that may have already opened for you.

Darling listen – Your power lies not in controlling external events, but in mastering your response to them. Cultivate a profound awareness of your thoughts, feelings & urges 🤫, recognizing that your actions & reactions are the only things you truly own. From this place of clarity, do your best & trust the outcome.

Wishing you the courage to embrace this growth mindset, the wisdom to trust the process & the peace that comes from doing your best & letting go of the rest. Blessings šŸ’
