Today I Just want you to remember this core truth: You have more light than you can possibly see, more guidance than you currently trust, more love than you can imagine & more beauty than you’ve ever dreamt. You also have more possibilities than you could ever explore in a single life time 🙊

Given all that, tell me: why, exactly, do you insist on remaining stuck at the bottom of that old rusty well? Why drown yourself in your tired judgements, outdated narratives,  resentments, bitterness & frustrations?

Sweetheart, it’s time to soften the sharp edges of those precious concerns & loosen the tension around your seams a bit 😂.. It’s time to surrender that not-so-important burden of defining everything. Just open your heart wide & let the sunlight finally come in 🌞

Darling listen – Today, do at least one thing—just one—mindfully, peacefully & lovingly. Do it to grow your spirit, heart, soul & perhaps to make your little world a little bit better. Do all of this while truly appreciating what you have, instead of endlessly focusing on what you don’t 🤸
