Compulsion Is Your Default Setting. Elevate: Act By Choice—Move By Intention.

I  know the world is a dumpster fire of cynicism & criticism, but for today, we are the shocking antidote. Your mission is simple: Be the positive force you wish to see, the one whose energy doesn’t require an immediate eye-roll… 🤠

Sweetheart, I’m looking for more gentle souls—the gold-plated hearts—because let’s face it, one person can’t fight this negativity alone. So, let’s be utterly shocking  & focus on the good stuff. Stop defaulting to the cynical noise. It’s time to become a conscious response to everything, which is just a fancy way of saying: actually think before you speak (or decide to do something). Just a thought 🙈

Darling listen – For the next 24 hours, your mandatory uniform includes a non-optional, fully operational smile (it’s truly amazing what happens when you stretch those facial muscles). Your vocabulary is strictly restricted to maximum doses of affirmation, courage & the ever-reliable, “you’ve got this”..

Do whatever is required to operate at your best self—it doesn’t need a long training course to manage basic pleasantries.

We all know those moments when compulsion hits & you feel the urge to act like a moody teenager. That’s fine, you get five minutes. But for the rest of the day, remember you actually have a choice about the human being you show up as.

Don’t let your momentary mood dictate your performance throughout the day. Dedicate your energy to magnifying the good, not the negative & for God’s sake, act & react by choice, not compulsion. Move through this day by intention, not obligation. Be your best, choose your joy & elevate the standard for us all. Blessings 💐
