Sweetheart, when life gets heavy, we usually spend our energy explaining the weight. This time, let’s try a different strategy. Instead of detailing the obstacle or challenge, try this prayer: “God, use this to make me better than I was before”.

Darling listen— Faith is what gets God’s attention, not your list of complaints. Stop doubting the very things that make you incredible. Your belief system is a powerful force, your experience isn’t “lost time,” your resources aren’t “too small” & your loved ones & connections aren’t “by accident”..!
