Heroism in Stillness 🫣Letting the Soul Speak When the Walls Feel High..

Gdmng! We often think of stress as an external force, but in reality, it’s a thief. It sneaks into our interactions & discussions, and before we know it, it has robbed us of our most valuable asset: our composure. It doesn’t matter if this stress feels “earned” or “necessary”—once it takes hold, it can push the best of us right to the bottom of the well where the air feels thin & the walls feel too high to climb 🫣

Sweetheart, when you hit that bottom, the hardest & most heroic thing you can do is… absolutely nothing 🤣! Stop trying to claw your way up. Stop the frantic ‘climbing’ & just breathe. By stopping right where you are, you give your soul the space to speak. When you quiet your body, you invite composure back in, allowing your inner wisdom to remind you that you are much bigger than this moment of pressure (which is usually unnecessary anyway) 💚

Darling listen – whatever it was, as you sit with your morning rituals today, look at all the reasons for your stress & then offer all of them to the Divine. There is a profound power in whispering, ‘I cannot carry this alone’.. Allow all your anxious thoughts—the reasonable & the unreasonable alike—to melt into a vast sea of faith…

May your BP behave itself, your pulse stays calm & your smile stays bright. May your heart feel light & your ‘to-do’ list includes conquering that one thing you’ve been stressing over 🏃 Here’s to a day where the universe handles the drama while you just sit back & enjoy the sunshine 🌞

Stay Blessed 🙏✨
