हमे ये जीवन क्यों मिला है इस संदर्भ में अधिकतर लोगों के अपने अपने विचार होते हैं। इसे निर्माण और उन्नत करने की हमारी अपनी अपनी योजनायें होती हैं परम्परायें होती हैं। किंतु हमारे धर्म के अनुसार आध्यात्मिक दृष्टि से सामान्यतः हम सभी के जन्म के दो मूल कारण हैं। ये दो कारण ही हमारे जीवन के उद्देश्य को मूलरूप से परिभाषित करते हैं ।

वे दो प्रमुख कारण हैं : अपना लेन-देन पूरा करने के (चुकाने के) लिए तथा किसी भी साधना पथ से पुरषार्थ करते हुए अपने उत्कर्ष का चरम प्राप्त करना और हमारे चारों ओर विद्यमान परमात्मा को अनुभव करना – उन से एकरूप हो जाने के लिये।

अनेक पूर्वजन्मों में किये गये हमारे कर्म एवं क्रियाओं के परिणामस्वरूप हमारे खाते में भारी मात्रा में लेन-देन इकट्ठा होता रहता है। ये लेन-देन हमारे कर्मों के अनुसार अच्छे अथवा बुरे होते हैं। हमारे जीवन में यद्यपि पूर्व निर्धारित इस लेन-देन और प्रारब्ध को हमें भोगना होता ही है और पूरा भोगते भी हैं; तथापि इस जीवन में अपने ऐच्छिक कर्मों द्वारा उसे बढाते घटाते भी हैं। याद रखिये की इस जीवन मे हम सभी को कर्म करने की स्वंतत्रता प्राप्त है।

इसीलिये मेरे अल्पमतिनुसार हमारे लिये प्रार्थना केवल एक उपासना पद्घति न होकर एक विराट और विलक्षण जीवन-पद्घति है। प्रार्थना हमें आधि, व्याधि, उपाधि से मुक्त कर सार्थक पूर्णता तक पहुँचाने की एक पद्घति है।

इस अनादि काल से चले आ रहे अपने अच्छे तथा बुरे कर्मों के बही खाते को बंद करने की, इस हिसाब किताब को शून्य करने के लिये – न्यून करने के लिये किये गये इस बार के पुनर्जन्म में सकारात्मक प्रयास और योग्य शुभ कार्य ही हमारी प्रार्थना हैं। हृदय की पवित्रता ही प्रार्थना का वास्तविक स्वरूप है। प्रार्थना का सार जीवन में संयम, सहजता, सरलता का होना है। इसीलिए शुद्ध भावना के साथ शुभ कर्मों का करते रहना और साथ ही साथ अहोभाव से भरे रहकर उनका नामजप करते रहना ही हमारी सर्वोच्च प्रार्थना है।

आज मेरे आराध्य प्रभु जी से प्रार्थना है कि आपके हाथों अगर निष्काम कर्म न हों पायें तो कम से कम कोई अशुभ कोटि का कर्म तो इस जीवन मे अब से न हो, आपके भीतर का कषाय भाव धीरे-धीरे समाप्त हो जायें, आपकी क्रियाओं और गतिविधियों के ज़रिये या आपके लालच और अहंकार के कारण किसी भी जीवात्मा को शारीरिक, मानसिक या भावनात्मक कष्ट पहुंचना बन्द हो जाये और आपकी पूर्णता-श्रेष्ठता हासिल करने की यात्रा अत्यधिक सरस तथा सुखमय हो जाये।

आपके अंदर परमेश्वर की आज्ञाओं का पालन करने और उनके बताये हुए रास्तों पर चलने का सामर्थ्य और साहस आ जाये। इसी कामना के साथ साथ आज उनसे ये भी प्रार्थना है कि उनकी कृपा से आपको श्रेष्ठता और भीतर की धन्यता जल्द ही प्राप्त हो तथा आपका आगे का जीवन सुख, शांति, आरोग्यता और संतुष्टि से परिपूर्ण हो जाये। मंगल शुभकामनाएं 💐

If you are really concerned about your life or after life, then address who you are right now – your State Of Being. The key of Karma is – what’s at the heart of everything when you are saying, doing or reacting.

Therefore instead of focusing too much on doing things, begin to Focus On The Being – delve into your own essence, correct your desires, conditioning, beliefs, values & worldview, re-confirm who you want to be in times to come & what’s most important to you.

Sweetheart, focus – on being that person that your family loves, your friends love & that your God loves. Focus on Being VALUABLE, NOT because of what you do, but just because of who you are.
