Whether it be a day of health or sickness, joy or sorrow, rest or work, of struggle or victory, let the chief thought with which you receive the day in the morning be this: “A day that my God has given; in it I must look beyond stigmas, fears, confusions, uncertainties, insufficiency & inabilities, defend life & dignity, use it to become much better, wiser, stronger, healthier, peaceful, happier, confident & more effective than yesterday, use it to go all out & do something great, important & incredible, spend time with loved ones & finally use it to pray in gratitude for all that has been given to me.

I wish & hope that you begin to live today as if this day is all there is. Because it is. Let you accept, enjoy & fulfil with your whole heart the part you have this day to perform. आप स्वंय को असाधारण समझने की दूसरों से ज्यादा सुखी और सुंदर देखने की जो सोच रखते हैं बस वही सारे फसाद की जड़ है। आप ये जो अपने आगे सभी को तुच्छ समझते हैं, उनका उपहास करते हैं और उनको नीचा दिखाते हैं न, ये गड़बड़ है। आपके ईश्वर को ये कतई पसन्द नही है।

जिसने बस ये जिद छोड़ दी, जिसने स्वीकार कर लिया कि मैं बस वैसे ही हूँ जैसे इस सृष्टि में अन्य सब जीव, फूल, पत्ते, पहाड़, नदी और तालाब या की इस विराट में बस मेरी एक छोटी सी – सादी सी जगह है, जीवन है जो परमात्मा की कृपा से प्राप्त हुआ है तथा ये की – मेरे बारे में कुछ भी अति विशिष्ट नही है। बस ये स्वीकार करना, मानना एक प्रकार की प्रार्थना है।

किसी को ये बात कहनी थोड़े ही है, इसमें क्या बड़ी बात है। लेकिन नही, यही शायद सबसे बड़ी पहली समस्या है जो हमे बुद्ध नही होने दे रही है, अपने बुद्धत्व को प्राप्त नही करने दे रही है 🤔।

दूसरी बड़ी समस्या ये है की हम अपनी हकीकत जानते – समझते हुए भी इसे न सिर्फ दूसरों से छुपाते हैं बल्कि स्वंय से भी छुपाते हैं। सबसे बड़ी समस्या है- बाधा है स्वयं से खुद को छुपाना, स्वंय से झूठ बोलना, स्वयं को ही धोखे में रखना। आप जो भी हैं, चोर हैं – साधु हैं, बेईमान हैं – ईमानदार हैं, धोखेबाज हैं – भरोसेमंद हैं , प्रेमी हैं के नफरत करते हैं, भक्त हैं या नास्तिक हैं, झूठ बोलते हैं कि सच बोलते हैं, अगर स्वयं को सहजता और सरलता से एक दम उघाड़कर कर देख पाते हैं, खुद को असली रूप में प्रस्तुत कर पाते हैं या आत्मसमरण कर पाते हैं तो बस बात बन गयी। प्रार्थना हो गयी।

हमें आदत हो गयी है आत्म विस्मरण में जीने की
रोजमर्रा का जीवन झूठ और पाखंड से जीने की। याद रखना होगा कि प्रभु केवल उसे पसंद करते हैं जो आत्म स्मरण में जीता है – हरि स्मरण में जीता हैं। वर्तमान को सही दिशा दीजिये.. ताकि कल जब आपको स्वंय का आत्म अवलोकन करना पड़े तो अपराध बोध न हो..बल्कि गर्व की अनुभूति हो..।

आपके स्वंय का विवेक, चेतना, बोध, आपकी सरलता, सहजता और शालीनता, आपका साक्षी भाव से अपने कर्तव्यों और दायित्वों को निष्ठापूर्वक निभाना तथा प्रत्येक छोटे से छोटा कार्य भी उत्साह और कुशलतापूर्वक करने का प्रयास ही हर गतिरोध, बाधा, विरोध और स्र्कावट को खत्म करने का साधन है – समाधान है तथा यही सोच जीवन के उच्चतम लक्ष्यों को हासिल करने का मार्ग प्रशस्त करती है।आपको तंदरुस्ती, कामयाबी और सुखमयी जीवन के लिये ईश्वर की कृपा का पात्र बनाती है।

For me, someone who appreciates the beauty in other people without any mimicry is a beautiful person. I mean – those who can look at you & see you, accept you & without any jealously recognize the beauty & the divine in you, are beautiful people.

Beautiful people make everything beautiful with their presence. Their ability to be alive in a moment & appreciate what they’re seeing & sensing makes them beautiful. There is spontaneity to the things they say & the actions they take. Their reactions to the world aren’t so measured & calculated. They are normally optimistic, hopeful & genuine.

Darling listen – size, shape, background, color or belief in real sense do not matter; none of that actually matters. It’s also not just how they do their hair or what they wear or if their makeup is perfect or not. It’s only that they’re genuine, alive in who they are & constantly demonstrating their unique & true spirit to the world.
