आप दुनिया के सबसे महान इंसान बन सकते हैं बस अगर आपको ये समझ आ जाएं कि समझना क्या है और समझना किसे है। पर वास्तव ये समझना बड़ा ही मुश्किल काम है 🤭।

साध- संग और मेरे इन रविवारीय लेखों का यही एक मात्र लक्ष्य है कि हमें ये समझ आ जाये कि क्या समझना है और क्या करना है जिससे की हमें उच्चतर भगवद लक्ष्यों की पूर्ति हो सके, श्रेष्ठताओं की सिद्धि हो सके तथा जीवन की महानता उजागर हो सके।

मैं आज आपसे एक महत्वपूर्ण सत्य साझा करना चाहता हूँ: यदि आप स्वयं को जानना, समझना और रूपांतरित करना सीख जाएँ, तो आपका हर क्षण दिव्यता, महानता और अनंत ऊर्जा से परिपूर्ण हो सकता है। यह बाहरी दुनिया केवल आपके आंतरिक जगत का प्रतिबिंब है; परिवर्तन बाहर नहीं, बल्कि भीतर घटित होना है। यदि यह सरल सत्य आपकी समझ में आ जाए, तो जीवन एक सहज खेल बन जाता है। अन्यथा, मैट्रिक्स अपने ढंग से खिलाती रहेगी।

परिस्थितियों को या इस दुनिया को बदलना आपके बस की बात नहीं है। जरा सोचियेगा की अगर परिस्थितियां बदलना या ये दुनिया बदलना किसी के हाथ मे होता तो क्या कोई बूढ़ा व्यक्ति बूढ़ा रहता? क्या इस दुनिया मे इतने पापाचार होते? क्या ये जो चारों तरफ हो रहा है वो हो रहा होता? नही, बिल्कुल भी नही। बेकार की बातों को सोचेंगे, असंभव बातों की कल्पनाएँ-मान्यताएँ बनाकर के बैठेंगे तो सिवाय हैरानी के कुछ आपके पल्ले पड़ने वाला नहीं है। आप हैरानी में न पड़ें, जो उचित है, उसी को विचार करें, जो सम्भव है, उसी में हाथ डालें। आपके हाथों में ये सम्भव है कि अपने मन को बदल दें। अपने ढर्रे को बदल दें, अपने रवैयों को बदल दें, अपने सोचने के तरीके को बदल दें, अपने स्वभाव को बदल दें। यह बदल देना आपके लिये बिलकुल सम्भव है।

बस यही धार्मिक चित्त सदा बनाये रखना ही प्रार्थना है। स्मरण रखें कि धार्मिक चित्त सदा सोचता है कि मुझे क्या करना है, मुझे कैसे बदलना है, मुझे अपने साथ क्या करना है (अधार्मिक चित्त सदा सोचता है कि दूसरों के साथ क्या किया जाए, दूसरे कैसे बदले जाएं)। इसीलिए अपने अंतर्मन के नकारात्मक, मलिन और पापपूर्ण विचारों को सकारात्मक, दिव्य और पवित्र विचारों में बदलने का प्रयास एवं नकारात्मक ऊर्जा को सकारात्मक ऊर्जा में परिवर्तित करने का प्रयास ही प्रार्थना है।

मैं आज अपने आराध्य प्रभु जी से प्रार्थना करता हूँ कि उनके आशीर्वाद से आप तीव्र गति से आत्म-परिवर्तन के मार्ग पर अग्रसर हों तथा आपके सामर्थ्य, आपकी योग्यता, आपकी पात्रता और आपके पुण्य कर्मों के संचय में निरंतर वृद्धि हो जिससे कि आप अपने जीवन में समृद्धि, दिव्यता और उत्कृष्टता के उच्चतम स्तर को वास्तव में प्राप्त कर सकें।

जीवन के असली उद्देश्य, जैसे सत-असत का बोध, शाश्वत शान्ति व आह्लाद की प्राप्ति तथा अनन्त सामर्थ्य और परमात्मा की अनुभूति,  सिर्फ कुछ सामान्य प्रयासों से प्राप्त नहीं किए जा सकते। इसके लिए आत्म-जागरूकता, आत्म-नियंत्रण, भक्तिपूर्ण प्रार्थना, कठोर पुरषार्थ और सबसे महत्वपूर्ण, निरन्तर साध-संग की आवश्यकता होती है।

साध-संग से मेरा और कोई विशेष मतलब नही है, बस यही अर्थ है कि उन लोगों की संगति में रहना जो जागृत हैं या जागृत होने की प्रक्रिया में हैं। क्योंकि जागों के पास बैठोगे तो ज्यादा देर सो न पाओगे और अगर सोयों के पास बैठे तो बहुत संभावना है कि आप भी सो जाओगे। सब चीजें संक्रामक होती हैं।

आपने कभी देखा होगा कि जब कोई व्यक्ति उबासी लेता है, तो हम भी उबासी लेने लगते हैं। या, जब कोई व्यक्ति नींद में झपकी लेता है, तो हमारी आँखें भी भारी होने लगती हैं। इसी कारण से, गाड़ी चलाते समय, हम अपने बगल में बैठे व्यक्ति को सोने से मना करते हैं।

हम सभी एक-दूसरे से जुड़े हुए हैं, और हमारी भावनाएँ एक-दूसरे को प्रभावित करती हैं। चार खुश लोगों के साथ रहने से आपकी उदासी गायब हो सकती है, जबकि उदास लोगों के साथ रहने से आपकी अपनी खुशी भी गायब हो सकती है।

उसी प्रकार जब आप परमात्मा के बारे में जानने वाले और बात करने वाले लोगों के बीच बैठते हैं, तो आप स्वाभाविक रूप से उनकी उपस्थिति की ओर आकर्षित होते हैं। जब आप राम भजन में नाचते-गाते लोगों के साथ होते हैं, तो आप स्वाभाविक रूप से उनकी ऊर्जा में डूब जाते हैं। ऐसा नही हो सकता कि कबीर के पास बैठकर आपके भीतर का कबीरा नही जगे। ये स्वभाविक प्रक्रिया है।

आपको पता है न कि प्रभु श्री राम के स्पर्श से पत्थर की अहिल्या भी पुनर्जीवित हो उठी थी। यदि एक पत्थर भी जीवंत हो सकता है, तो क्या आप नहीं हो सकते? क्या आप अहिल्या से भी अधिक पत्थर हो गए हैं? नही, इतना पत्थर न कोई कभी हुआ है और न कभी हो सकता है।

हम बाहर से कितने ही पत्थर, दूषित, मिश्रित या विकृत दिखते हों, लेकिन हम सबका मूल तत्व शुद्ध ईश्वर है, जो कभी नष्ट नहीं होता। चाहे वह कितना भी दबा या छिपा हुआ क्यों न हो, साधु-संग उस आंतरिक प्रकाश को प्रज्वलित करने में मदद करता है। चाहे हम कितने ही सोए हुए हों, चाहे हम पर कितनी भी परतें चढ़ी हों, चाहे हम कितने भी खोए हुए हों, हमारे भीतर का हीरा प्रकट हो सकता है। निरंतर साधु-संग से उन परतों को तोड़कर उस मूल तत्व, शुद्ध ईश्वर को प्रकट किया जा सकता है। यही सब प्रयास, चिंतन, पठन-पाठन, ऊर्जा का केंद्रीकरण, वास्तव में हमारी प्रार्थना है और मेरे इन रविवारीय लेखों का एक लक्ष्य।

मैं आज मेरे आराध्य प्रभु जी से प्रार्थना करता हूँ कि आप को निरंतर ही ऐसे लोगों के साथ साधु-संग के अवसर प्राप्त हों जिन्हें अपनी मस्ती में जीना आ गया हो तथा जिन्हें जीवन जितना आप जानते हों उससे ज्यादा दिखाई देने लगा हो। आपकी संगति उन लोगों से हो जाये जो आपको प्रेरित करें, प्रभावित करें और आपके जीवन लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करने में मदद करें।
