Gdmng, Everyone! As the new dawn breaks on this 125th day of the year, marking the start of the 19th week, a thought gently nudges its way to the forefront of my mind, one I felt compelled to share with you.

This might sound familiar, or it might be exactly what you needed to hear. It all depends on how you’re feeling & what’s on your mind. The universe has its own way of resurfacing important truths & lessons.. Think of this as a gentle reminder to focus on something important again.

Sweetheart, Today I want you to think of the different seasons we have… season of planting seeds & nurturing their fragile beginnings, a season for patient waiting and tending, a period for the careful pruning that encourages stronger growth & finally, the abundant season of harvesting the fruits of that labor…

Darling listen – I may not know what season you’re in right now. But no matter what, honor it fully. Embrace the work & energy this time requires. Don’t rush if it’s a time for patience & don’t hold on if it’s time to let go. Trust the perfect timing of things. If you focus & do your best mindfully in each season, everything will unfold, grow organically & be completed in its own time. That’s the Universal Law…
