मैं प्रार्थना और आशीर्वाद की शक्ति में पूरे दिल से विश्वास करता हूं और यही कारण है कि मैं न सिर्फ अपने रविवारीय लेख में बल्कि सभी लेखों में आप सभी के लिये अंत मे प्रार्थना करता हूँ, और अपने ईश्वर से आप सब को आशीर्वाद देने के लिये ह्रदय से अनुरोध करता हूँ।

मैं ये शायद इसलिए करता हूँ क्योंकि मैं मानता हूँ कि भगवत्-प्रेम का अर्थ है, सारे जगत को प्रेम करना। क्योंकि जगत केवल एक अभिव्यक्ति है, भगवान की और इस जगत के प्रति प्रेम भाव या अहोभाव रखना ही भगवान के प्रति प्रेमभाव और अहोभाव रखना है।

मैं ये शायद इसलिए भी कर पाता हूँ क्योंकि मैं मानता हूं कि ये जगत हमारी प्रतिध्वनि है। हम जो भी विचार, शब्द और कर्म करते हैं, उसका प्रतिबिंब हमारे जीवन में भी जरूर दिखाई देता है। मेरा ये भी मानना है कि हम जो देते हैं, वही हमे भी मिलता है – ये प्राचीनतम सिद्धांत कर्म के सिद्धांत के रूप में जाना जाता है। ये सिद्धांत कहता है कि हम अपने कर्मों के परिणामों को जरूर भोगते हैं।

इसलिए वही पाने की आशा करो, जो आप दूसरों को दे रहे हो। यदि आप दूसरों को प्रेम, क्षमा, धन्यवाद और आशीर्वाद आदि देते हैं तो आप भी इन्हें अपने जीवन में प्राप्त करने की आशा कर सकते हैं। यदि आप दूसरों के प्रति क्रोध, घृणा रखते हैं, दुर्भावना रखते हैं या अन्य कोई नकारात्मक भाव रखते हैं, तो देर सबेर आप को भी इन भावनाओं का अनुभव करना ही होगा और उसका परिणाम तो आप जानते ही हैं।

मुझे नही मालूम कि मेरे द्वारा की गई अनगिनत प्रार्थनायें आपके या किसी अन्य के हृदय को बदल सकी हैं या नही, काम आयी हैं या नही, पर ये जरूर पता है कि मेरे द्वारा की गई इन निःस्वार्थ भाव की प्रार्थनाओं की शक्ति मेरे पास वापस जरूर आती है। मुझे बड़ा फायदा हुआ है और हो रहा है।

बस यही समझ की आप दैनिक जीवन मे जो कहते – करते हैं वो या तो आपको उनकी कृपा का पात्र बना रहा है या रोक रहा है। बस यही समझ हमारे लिये प्रार्थना है।

आज मैं अपने आराध्य प्रभु जी से प्रार्थना करता हूँ कि वे आपको प्रेरित करें न सिर्फ अपने तरीकों से दूसरों के लिए प्रार्थना करने और आशीर्वाद देने के लिये, बल्कि अपने काम, विचार, सोच और व्यवहार को बदलने के लिये भी जिससे आप शारीरिक, मानसिक और भावनात्मक रूप से पूर्ण महसूस कर सकें और आपकी आगे की जीवन यात्रा सार्थक, सुंदर, सरल एवं सुगम हो सके।

मेरी उनसे आज ये भी प्रार्थना है की आपका जीवन और घर-आंगन हमेशा आरोग्य, प्रचुरता, आनंद, माधुर्य, शुभ एवं श्री से परिपूर्ण रहे। मंगल शुभकामनाएं 🙏

Sweetheart, it’s crucial to fill your mind & heart with positive energy, thoughts & feelings. When you’re happy & excited, you’re more likely to be productive, creative, attractive & successful. When you’re in a positive state, you’re more likely to do meaningful things, things that truly matter.

Sweetheart, the journey towards awakening your higher self is not always easy. It may require facing your pretensions, confronting your weaknesses, deepest fears, greed & desires (those that you only know) & letting go of outdated patterns of thinking & behavior.

Embracing your higher self requires conscious effort & a willingness to step outside of our comfort zones. Embracing your higher self means aligning your thoughts, words, actions & reactions with your higher self.

But all I can say is the moment you begin to align your actions with this higher self, you begin to experience a profound shift in your life. Your relationships become more meaningful, your work becomes infused with passion, your overall well-being skyrockets & you will experience greater peace, joy & fulfillment in all aspects of your life.

मैं ये मानता हूं कि प्रकृति का संरक्षण और शुद्ध पर्यावरण का निर्माण एक जटिल समस्या है। इसके लिए सरकारों, उद्योगों और आम लोगों के सामूहिक प्रयासों की आवश्यकता है। लेकिन अपने भीतर शुद्धता और पवित्रता पैदा करना तो आपका अपना काम है।

याद रखिये कि हम अपने अन्तःकरण की शुद्धता से अपने अच्छे व्यवहार और कार्यों से न सिर्फ अपने आसपास सुखद और आनंद के वातावरण तथा स्वच्छ सुंदर परिवेश को तैयार कर सकते हैं, बल्कि ईश्वरीय कृपा भी प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।

आंतरिक पवित्रता से मेरा अभिप्राय है अपने तन, मन और आत्मा को छल-कपट, धूर्तता और मलिनता से मुक्त करना – खाली करना एवं सरलता, सहजता, निर्मलता, शुचिता, परंपरानुकूलता, सत्यनिष्ठा, निर्दोषिता, साधुता और बड़प्पन से भर लेना। अपने विचारों में, सोच में, दैनिक कार्यों में महानता दिव्यता लाना ही हमें परमात्मा के अनुग्रह का पात्र बनाता है।

अगर आप अपने भीतर को नहीं बदल सकते तो अपने बाहर को या वातावरण को कैसे बदलेंगे?

आईये आज इस पावन पर्व पर अपने व्यक्तिगत स्वार्थों और लालच से ऊपर उठकर अपने आस पास की धरती को स्वच्छ और स्वस्थ रखने का तथा #पर्यावरण को #प्रदूषण मुक्त करने का एक बार पुनः संकल्प करें और प्रयास करना शुरू करें।
