Sweetheart, the truth is that despite all the things that are not as we would like them to be in our life or world, we have so much to be grateful for! Wherever you are, at any time, you are so blessed..

Darling listen – take a few moments to let that sink in. “What you focus on materializes & expand”… is truly a powerful sentence that made me take a few moments to ask what I truly focus on. I sincerely want you to ask the same question to yourself.

Sweetheart, what you focus on, sets off a ripple effect in every area of your life & expands that reality. If there is some aspect of your life today that causes you angst or misery or frustration, then please ask yourself where you’ve been focusing too much on….

Therefore I want you to stop focussing on what you can’t do or what isn’t right & start focusing on what you can do or what is right. Believe me, making this mind shift will make all the difference.

Let you know that there’s no better time to tap into that space of gratitude & blessedness than now.

I wish & hope that today’s post will motivate you to be more intentional in putting your focus on all the things that you want to see grow, expand & amplified. Stay Happy, Healthy & Successful 💐

मैं आपको पुनः याद दिला दूं कि इस सृष्टी में मौजूद सभी चीजों की तरह आपका और मेरा जीवन भी परमात्मा का अंश – उनकी धरोहर बनकर पैदा होता है और अपना अपना उद्देश्य पूरा कर फिर से उन्ही के पास वापस चला जाता है।

लेकिन मजेदार बात ये है कि हम अपने उद्देश्य से इस सच से अक्सर भटक जाते हैं।

ईश्वर का उपहार स्वरूप गंगा इस धरती को उर्वर बनाने के उद्देश्य को पूरा करती हुई आखिर में उन्ही के पैर धोने के लिए वापस चली जाती है। सुंदर से सुंदर फूल भी अपनी सुगंध से हवा को मधुर और ताज़ा बना कर अंत में भगवान के चरणों मे अर्पित हो कर, अपनी अंतिम सेवा देकर लुप्त हो जाते हैं। इसी प्रकार हम सब को भी अपने-अपने कर्म क्षेत्र में अपने कर्तव्यों का, अपनी प्रतिबद्धताओं का जिम्मेदारी से पालन कर अपने सर्वोच्च उद्देश्यों को पूरा कर अंततः अपने स्रोत अपने मूल में विलीन हो जाना होता है।

संसार में जन्म लेने के बाद आपका मूल उद्देश्य केवल इस शरीर को खिलाना पिलाना, पेट को बढ़ाना और अपने अहंकार को क्षण-क्षण में पोषित करना नही होता है। दिन और रात व्यर्थ के कार्यकलापों और सो कर बिताने के लिये नही है।

हमारी संस्कृति में ऐसे अनेक महापुरुष हुए हैं, जिन्होंने बारम्बार ये बताया है कि मनुष्य जीवन का मूल उद्देश्य क्या है। श्री गोस्वामी तुलसीदास जी ने हमारे लिए इस प्रश्न का उत्तर खोजना बहुत ही आसान बना दिया है।

उन्होंने रामचरितमानस में लिखा है,

‘जिन्ह हरिभगति हृदयँ नहिं आनी। जीवत सव समान तेइ प्रानी।
जो नहीं कर राम गुनगाना। जीह सो दादुर जीह समाना।।

अर्थात जिसके हृदय में भगवान के प्रति भक्ति नहीं होती, वह प्राणी जीवित रहते हुए भी शव के ही समान होता है। तात्पर्य यह कि हृदय में भक्ति का होना ही हमारे जीवित होने अथवा जीवंतता का प्रमाण है और वस्तुत: यही जीवन का मूल उद्देश्य भी है।

अतः अपने अन्तःकरण में भगवदीय भाव बनाये रखना, नित्य सत्प्रवृत्तियों, सेवाकार्यों और सत्संग में संलग्न रहना, स्वंय को जगा कर रखना और सभी को जगाने का प्रयास करना प्रार्थना है।

सरल- निश्छल, राग-द्वेष रहित सत्यान्वेषी अन्तःकरण के साथ अपने जीवन को उत्कर्ष तथा इस संसार को सुंदर बनाने का प्रयास ही हमारी प्रार्थना है।

मैं आज अपने आराध्य प्रभु जी से प्रार्थना करता हूँ कि आपको अपने जीवन के उच्चतम उद्देश्यों और श्रेष्ठतम शिखर की प्राप्ति हो तथा आपको जल्द ही उनकी कृपा और परमानन्द की भी प्राप्ति एवं अनुभूति हो जाये।

मेरी उनसे आज ये भी प्रार्थना है की आप हमेशा हंसते और खिलखिलाते रहें, स्वस्थ रहें तथा आपके घर-आंगन में सदा शुभता और मांगल्य की वर्षा होती रहे। मंगल शुभकामनाएं 💐

I wonder why people sometimes say, do & consume things that make them weak, vulnerable, incapable or unable.. or wear something that makes them look depressed, anxious & so stressed…🤔

Why should you act or behave like your own adversary or worst enemy?

Darling listen – always choose to say, consume & do things that make you stronger in both body & mind. Always wear something that makes you look attractive, more confident & self-aware…. Is it too difficult to understand 🤭??

This may come as a bit of a shock and I hope it does. Do you know that literally everything in your life is the by-product of your choices, your outlook, your attitude, your behavior & what you say, consume or do in any way.

From this day, please stop wearing, consuming, saying & doing anything that might make you look ugly, that might weakens you & hurt your prospects.

Sweetheart, once again, for god’s sake stop letting your casualness, halfheartedness, dillydallying or negative impulses to destroy your health, happiness, success & everything else in your life & world.

I wish & hope that you become a blessing & not a curse for yourself & others. Let you become the most successful, lovely, beautiful & healthy version of yourself! Blessings 💐

Darling listen – don’t underestimate yourself. You are more capable than you think & know.

I encourage you to dig deep today & follow the roots to your core. There you will find this most beautiful, authentic, capable & courageous person (the Real You, as God made you).

Sweetheart, the present moment is the beginning of your future; make an attempt to transform yourself into a better & real you.

There may be drama, confusions, uncertainties, fear & chaos all around you, but don’t let any of these get in you. No, in the midst of all those, your attitude should be of that beautiful Lotus in murky pond water, untouched & at ease, always blooming & blossoming..

Yes, it is one of my deepest desires… to be able to look at chaos or uncertainties in any form, of any magnitude, square in the eye & not letting it affect my self-confidence, inner stability & inner peace.. Whatever it is – the drama, nonsense, stupidity, insolence, resentment or natural disaster – I don’t want any of it to harsh my mellow. I am yet to learn to adopt this attitude completely. This is still a part of my bucket list 🤭.

It is my fantasy to slowly transcend into that glowing yogi who remains perfectly centered in his joyous state, unfazed by all the worldly nonsense & continue to experience his divine bliss.

I have found one way to remain balanced & peaceful somehow in my day to day life.., which I am practicing these days, Adding Value To My World, in my own unique way & style. When I know I have contributed value to the world each day through these morning posts, I feel happy, centered, grounded & come at ease.

Darling listen – in moments of mayhem, I would also advise you to cling to your purpose. Stick with what is true to you. No matter what is going on in your life right now, your only guarantee of success, happiness & inner peace is your purpose & your ability to add value to your world.

In the midst of all that which is not going as per your plan or idea, let you learn to at least do one such thing every day which adds value to your family, friends, teammates & your world. Sweetheart, what’s one thing you can do today to add value & be known for that?

While I wish & hope that this new week bless you with everything that enriches your life & make you more happier & healthier than ever before, I want you to find new ways to Find Your Real Bliss & Level Up!

I said this in the first place because I know you too are striving for improvement, seeking growth & want a change in your life because deep down you believe there is more to life.

Darling listen – deep down you too feel that there is another level of you – you know you can be more happier, healthier & more successful in every area of your life than you currently are but you just don’t know how to get there….You know that you are not living up to your FULL potential… But you really don’t know what is stopping YOU from becoming the BEST POSSIBLE version of YOURSELF..

Sweetheart, nothing else is stopping you but yourself, your negative mindset must change to a positive mindset & your excuses must be replaced with action… just that…🤭

No one is stopping you from sacrificing your entertainment time to make time for health, happiness & success.. all I am saying is start spending at least 2 hours on creating success, learning, expanding & evolving… on your growth… on your health. That’s 64 hours in a month and 768 hours in a year, do you really think that if you dedicate 768 hours to anything dedicatedly, you are not going to see a change in your life, you definitely will.

Sweetheart, every single day you need to be doing more, pushing harder… the more you do the more you become, the more you push your limits the further out they will expand….

So get up & push yourself towards greatness, don’t just wish for it, get up & work for it, happiness, fulfilment, good health, reputation & success…. everything is earned by what you do…

हम सब उन करोड़ो जीवों को अविकसित, अज्ञानी और मूर्ख बताते नही थकते हैं जो हमसे करोड़ो साल पहले से इस धरती पर मौजूद थे और शायद हमारे बाद में भी करोड़ों साल तक धरती पर रहेंगे.. जान लीजिए कि उनकी नस्ल की नस्ल पहले भी थी और कभी खत्म होने वाली नही है।

इसके कई कारण हो सकते हैं, पर मुझे लगता है उसका प्रमुख कारण है, सहजता, संतोष और केवल इस क्षण में जीना। जो कर्म उन्हें जन्म से मिलता है उसे वे सर्वश्रेष्ठ तरीके से करते रहते हैं। जो स्व-भाव, स्वरूप, गुण, सिफ़त, जो भूमिका उन्हें इस जीवन में जन्म से मिलती है – उसे बस पूरी निष्ठा और ईमानदारी से निभाते रहते हैं।

वे सब सत्य, सहज, स्वत्व से युक्त, संपूर्ण चेतना और धारणा के साथ अस्तित्ववान रहते हुए हर क्षण जीते हैं। और अनजाने में ही सही मगर इस अनित्य जगत में नित्य आनन्द स्वरूप बने रहते हैं।

और हम उनकी इसी सहजता, सरलता को उनकी नासमझी और लाचारी मानते हैं.. और सब कुछ पाने, बदलने और करने के चक्कर मे अपने मूल कर्तव्यों, कर्मों और प्रतिबद्धताओं से बचते रहतें हैं जिससे न सिर्फ हमें बल्कि हमारे आश्रितों तथा परिजनों को भी अनेक प्रकार की तकलीफें उठानी पड़ती हैं।

विकास और विस्तार की आड़ में जब कुटिलता ही जीवन दर्शन और काले कारनामे करना दस्तूर बन जाये, जब कुंभकर्ण-सा आलस्य, शूर्पणखा-सी अनैतिकता और रावण सा अंहकार और क्रोध आपका व्यवहार, स्वभाव, किसी की सोच बन जाये तब मुझे बताईये की कैसे उसे हमारे प्रभु श्री राम जैसा प्रतिफल, नाम और प्रतिष्ठा प्राप्त होगी।

जो असल मे झगड़े की जड़ है, वो उम्मीद है आप समझ रहे होंगे।

इसीलिये हर क्षण पूर्णता से जीना – जीवन से लड़े बगैर, कोई छीना झपटी और कोई कुकर्म किये बगैर अपने कार्यों को अपने सर्वश्रेष्ठ तरीके से करना और कर्तव्यों और प्रतिबद्धताओं को पूरी जिम्मेदारी से निरंतर निभाना, अपने अंदर के अहंकार को बारम्बार खत्म करने का प्रयास करते रहना तथा अधिक से अधिक सहज और सरल बनने के लिये खुद को प्रेरित करे रखना प्रार्थना है। सच्चे मन से और पूरा जोर लगा के पुरुषार्थ करना और फिर जो आये, समझना कि वही उचित मजदूरी, मजूरी है – जो आये वह प्रसाद भाव से स्वीकार करना, बस यही ईश्वर की हजूरी है – उनकी प्रार्थना है।

मैं आज अपने आराध्य प्रभु जी से प्रार्थना करता हूँ कि आपको जल्द ही अस्तित्व की मंगलमयता पर विश्वास होने लगे और आपके शोक, कष्ट, चिंता, निष्क्रियता, संदेह और भय बिल्कुल खत्म हो जायें। आपके समर्पित भाव, आपकी उत्कृष्ट सोच तथा दैनिक दिनचर्या प्रभावकारी हो जाये और आपको प्रभु तक ले जाने का मार्ग बन जाये तथा आपको न सिर्फ स्वंय से बल्कि समस्त से, सबसे एवं अनंत से जोड़ दे।

आपको सब कुछ प्राप्त हो जाये – चिरस्थायी प्रसन्नता एवं सन्तोष, शान्तिपूर्ण तथा प्रशान्त परमानन्द की स्थिति, प्रकाश, शक्ति, परज्ञा तथा भगवान्‌ की प्रचुर कृपा, इस मंगलकामना के साथ साथ मैं आज उनसे से ये भी प्रार्थना करता हूँ कि आपकी आत्मिक प्रगति तेज गति से हो और आपको लौकिक एवं पारलौकिक अनुकूलताएँ सहज ही प्राप्त हों जायें 🙏
