मेरा ऐसा मानना है की कुछ लोग सच्चाई और ईमानदारी से, सभ्यता से, नम्रता से, सेवा करते हुए, अनुशासन में रहते हुए, बड़ों का आदर सम्मान करते हुए, सभी मे और स्वयं में जो राम निहित हैं उसका सम्मान करते हुए, परमात्मा के अहोभाव में भरे रहकर अपना जीवन जीते हैं। ऐसे लोग मनुष्य रूप में देवता होते हैं। ये लोग लगभग हर समय आनन्दित प्रफुल्लित एवं उत्साहित दिखाई पड़ते हैं। उनके चेहरे पर एक अजीब सी चमक रहती है।

वंही बहुत से दूसरे ढंग के लोग भी हैं, जो जीवन में सिर्फ ढोंग करते रहते हैं। ढोंग करने से मेरा तात्पर्य है कि वे बाहर से दिखावा तो ऐसा करते हैं, कि जैसे उन्हें बहुत ज्ञान है, जैसे वे बड़े विनम्र हों, चरित्रवान हों, परोपकारी आदि हों। परंतु वास्तव में उनके जीवन में ये गुण होते नहीं। हैं। इन लोगों के अंदर सिर्फ झूठ छल कपट भरा रहता है। केवल मैं और मेरा भरा रहता है। वे सिर्फ दम्भ दिखाते हैं, घमण्ड करते हैं, अक्सर बेवजह क्रोध करते रहते हैं, अपने स्वभाव में कठोरता रखते हैं और अविवेकी होते हैं। असल मे तो ये मनुष्य होने के बावजुद आसुरी प्रवर्ति के होते हैं।

मेरा काम है आपको शास्त्रसम्मत कुछ बातें दोहराना और याद दिलाना। दोनों जीवन जीने के ढंग, तरीके और रास्ते आपके सामने हैं, आपकी यात्रा है – आपकी इच्छा है, जो आपको अच्छा लगे, उस पर चलिए।

आपको जो भी उचित लगे, लेकिन मेरा यही मानना है कि जो लोग आत्मवान हैं, सही में ज्ञानी हैं, भीतर से संत हैं, जो जाग्रत हैं और जो सांसारिक रूप से अपने परिवार, मित्रों, समाज, विश्व के प्रति उत्तरदायित्व से सदा भरे रहते हैं, जिनमे अहंकार लेशमात्र भी नहीं होता है, जो सन्यास और संसार दोनों में कुशल होते हैं – जो केवल बाहर से ही नही भीतर से भी संपन्न होते हैं वे ही उत्तम जीवन जीते हैं, बकुण्ठ प्राप्त करने के पात्र बनते हैं।

इसीलिये अपने विचार, व्यवहार और कार्यों में शुद्धता और भगवत भाव को बनाये रखना प्रार्थना है। हमारे वेदों और शास्त्रों में जिस ढंग के जीवन जीने का विधान दिया गया है उसे आनंदपूर्वक और निष्ठा से जीना प्रार्थना है। संसार में अपने धर्म के अनुसार कर्तव्यों का ईमानदारी और जिम्मेदारी से निर्वाह करना, सादगी व नम्रता से उच्च स्तर का जीवन जीते हुए सरल बने रहना, दूसरों की खुशियों में खुश रहना और निरन्तर ईष्ट देव और आराध्य के रूप में उनका चिंतन-मनन करते रहना ही हमारी प्रार्थना है।

मैं आज अपने आराध्य प्रभु से प्रार्थना करता हूँ की आपके जीवन की दैनिक क्रियाओं में अधिक से अधिक सज्जनता, पवित्रता और दिव्यता आ जाये, सकारात्मकता, सहजता और सरलता आ जाये जिससे आपको उन की कृपा-आशीष-अनुग्रह का अनुभव होने लगे।

आपके उत्तम स्वास्थ्य, प्रसन्नचित मनोदशा और समृद्ध जीवन की कामनाओं के साथ साथ मैं आज उनसे ये भी प्रार्थना करता हूँ कि जल्द ही आप अपने उच्चतम जीवन लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त कर लें। मंगल शुभकामनायें 🙏

Yesterday night I read a short story of Tolstoy about a fabled beggar who sat out on the streets every day pleading for pennies from passersby. This beggar, was so caught up in the doom & gloom of his self inflicted notion of poverty that he failed to notice that the pot on which he was sitting each day was in fact a glimmering pot of gold.

Sweetheart, most of us are like him only. We all search for wisdom, happiness, peace & joy everywhere, but never look with in. What you are searching for, is well within you already. But to claim it, you must come out of your own confusions, commotions & noise. You also need to abandon your over-inflated ego & delusions.

Darling listen – greenest grass is right beneath your feet. Unless you are only interested in the chase than the catch, unless you want to willfully live your life like Tolstoy’s beggar, you have no reason to wait & look outside for small potatoes or scraps of pleasure or fulfillment, you have a treasure within, which is infinitely greater than anything the world can offer.

Believe me your own charisma & magnetism, abilities & capabilities are not lesser than anybody else. That’s why I want you to keep your eyes out for the potential & possibilities laying right beneath & doing what you can to grow, expand & thrive in everyday life.

I wish & hope that you grow, expand & thrive in everyday life, enter new dimensions & experience God’s love, light, blessings & the divine treasures that are waiting for you within as soon as possible. Tons of blessings 💐

I wish you to know that at the end of each day, everyone arrives at their place of strength differently. What may work for someone else may not work for you. In fact, what might work for you one minute might not work for you always.

That’s why every step that you take has to be a willful act of discovery with a strong belief that there will be a positive outcome.

Darling listen – adjust your focus, play your part to your best & breath in a way that each breath not only fills you with much needed life, but also with a greater sense of control, increased self-awareness, a greater sense of calm, peace & happiness.

Sweetheart, while your hate, resentment, anger, fear, frustrations, unhappiness or entitlement might be ‘justified’ in your eyes, these are soul-destroying for you & your world. Your negative attitude, feeling, emotions, behavior & habit of complaining about anything & everything stop you from thinking & behaving rationally & seeing situations in their true perspective.

One thing more whatever you throw comes back to you in some way, shape or form today or tomorrow.

While it’s nearly impossible to get rid of your negative attitude, thoughts & behaviours or to look positive & optimistic while it is otherwise in heart & mind, you can choose to strip away the parts of your life that frequently bring you down & instead use that energy towards being the most positive, optimistic & hopeful version of yourself. Try it, it is easy👌.

Always remember that you are actually meant to spread divine colors in this world & encourage love, humanness, possibilities, hope & faith in life.

Let you remain positive & start to reflect on the positive aspects of your life & your blessedness. I wish & hope that you keep wanting, doing & believing in the good things. Stay Blessed 💐

लगभग हम सभी को ये मालूम है कि हमारा सारा जीवन एक यात्रा है और हम सब जाने अनजाने में जन्म से ही अपनी पूर्णता हासिल करने की यात्रा में हैं।

आज मेरा बस यही कहना है कि इस यात्रा के बारे में सचेत हो जायें। यकीन मानिये की जिस दिन भी हम अपनी इस जीवन यात्रा को पहचान लेते हैं, इसके प्रति सचेत हो जाते हैं बस उसी दिन से ये यात्रा केवल पूर्णता प्राप्त करने की नही बल्कि मृत्यु से अमरता की ओर, व्यर्थ से सार्थक की ओर, असत्य से सत्य की ओर, अन्धकार से प्रकाश की ओर, सीमित से अनन्तता की ओर, बाहर से भीतर की ओर यानी कि स्वयं से परमात्मा की ओर हो जाती है।

अपने स्वयं के अस्तित्व के प्रति अत्यधिक सचेत हो जाना सजग होना ही, इस यात्रा का प्रथम बिंदु है, प्रारंभ है और उस बिंदु पर आना, जहां आकर आप अपने प्रति और इस सृष्टि के प्रति पूरी तरह होशपूर्ण और सजग हो जाओ, जहां आपके चारों ओर अंधकार का कोई छोटा सा टुकड़ा भी न बचे आपकी यात्रा का अंत है।

इसीलिए मेरा मानना है कि अपने शब्दों, कथनों, विचारों, वायदों, छोटे से छोटे कार्यों के प्रति अधिक से अधिक सजग हो जाना, अपने कर्तव्यों, सम्बन्धों तथा गतिविधियों के बारे में सचेत, सजग और होशपूर्ण हो कर शुद्ध भावना के साथ अहोभाव से भरे रहकर उनका नामजप करते रहना ही हमारी सर्वोच्च प्रार्थना है।

अपने जीवन को गतिशील बनाए रखना प्रार्थना है। इस जीवन यात्रा को जबरदस्ती तय करने की बजाय, जबरदस्त तरीके से होंश में – आनंद से – प्रेम से तय करना ही सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रार्थना है।

मेरी आज मेरे आराध्य प्रभु जी से प्रार्थना है कि छोटी से छोटी चीज जो आप करें वो सब अपने आप मे धार्मिक कृत्य बन जाएं, एक महान अनुभव बन जाये। आपके जीवन के अधिक से अधिक क्षण होश, समझ और प्रार्थना से भरे हों, अपने भीतर के परमतत्व को प्रकट करने वाले हों।

आज उनसे ये भी प्रार्थना है कि आप ता उम्र उत्साहित बने रहें, सक्षम और ऊर्जावान बने रहें, प्रेरित और प्रोत्साहित रहें, प्रसन्नचित और स्वस्थ बने रहें, आप की सभी शुभ मनोकामनाएँ पूर्ण हों, आपके सभी शुभ संकल्प और व्रत फलीभूत हों तथा आपकी जीवन यात्रा का मार्ग सदैव सफलता, विकास और उल्लेखनीय उपलब्धियों से सुशोभित हो।

If our interactions, acts, bond, relationships, obligations, priorities, emotions, dealings, order of events, matters, thoughts & daily affairs are not making us larger, freer, more loving & not making others feel good & dandy.. then there is something seriously wrong some where.

Darling listen – if you see & think that your thoughts, words & deeds are making despair loud, snuffing out hope & plunging your loved ones into the abyss of discouragement & agony (mostly unnecessarily) then it’s time to change your mindset, attitude & behaviour immediately & permanently.
