Bloom wherever you are…

Today this is all about how to become good or great… But I know there are a few would say they are already good & great. So please enjoy your greatness. No one has any problem. Continue moving fast ignorantly & breaking things. It is not for you 🙏

Because the journey of becoming great begins with the realisation that you are not great. To me & for that matter to anyone in this world – Greatness is not instantaneous, it is earned.

I am sure you’ve heard this before, but ask yourself whether you’ve truly acted on this advice. When is the last time you truly believed these & tried some new things? When is the last time you found something good & then truly stuck to it for years?

Greatness is not those occasional gains or highs that are exceptional, but it is the long ride, the sequences of events that usually seems minimal at any juncture, but compounded into major gains. It’s not about overnight successes or flashes of excellence or luck, it is only about repeatable habits & sustained efforts. It is about being dependable & disciplined over a period of time.

You will be surprised to know if you find out how many people search – “how to be great”, “how to become perfect”, or “how to be successful” on Google every day. Yet, not so many of these people will follow the search results or a single advices because they realistically do not want to put in the effort over a sustained period of time to actually attain the greatness. They are just looking for the “secrets to greatness or success” that in many ways, do not exist. I am sure you know what brings success? Hard work brings success. That’s it.

Excuse me for the repeatation – Success or Greatness is non-instantaneous but continuous hard work. Ask yourself if that’s the life you’d like to live continuously. Ask yourself genuinely whether you’d like to spend your beautiful days & years in a constant uphill battle.

If it is a complete “no-no”, that’s fine! It doesn’t make you less of a person. At least you free yourself from the thinking – you want to do this or that & come to an understanding – why you haven’t been successful yet. Continue enjoying your inst**ram, p*bg or Ne**lix & chill completely guilt-free. 😎

To rest of you, let me remind that there may be some offbeat ways to become successful (as they show in movies), but to me & whole lot of real world, it is only consistent efforts. I mean to whole lot of us, continuous & thoughtful efforts are certainly the way to success & greatness.

Understand that in order to achieve the things you want in life, you literally need to become good, up to par, skilled, dedicated, focused & align yourself to your goals & dreams. You need to adopt progression.

Darling, please don’t wait for your luck or a lottery win or someone to “discover” you or help you, start with whatever you have, no matter what & begin your continuous efforts. You will surely bloom like a flower. It is simple, flowers just choose their way towards light & grow. Allow yourself to bloom, wherever you are.

In other words, the “search” for greatness is often misguided, perhaps because what we imagine to be great, is in fact not that great at all. Instead of speculating what may make you great, get out there & start doing. Do not look for anything, any magic potion or perfection, just begin & start doing something tangible deliberately.

I am sure you know a little about what input will bring what kind of output. If not, please read, learn & find all about inputs before you begin to spend years.

Bestselling author Malcolm Gladwell writes & I repeat:

People must put in 10,000 hours of hard work in order to perfect a skill.

This is the secret of success & greatness for every real successful person in the world.

In his book – Outliers: The Story of Success, he says:

No one who can rise before dawn three hundred sixty days a year fails to make his family rich..

Malcolm Gladwell

Let your hard work propel you to a speed so fast that good luck has no choice but to ride with a winner like you.

Stay Healthy, Happy & Successful! 💐
