Today I wish to remind you that it seriously doesn’t matter who we are or where we are… we all want the same thing: to reach to our full potential. This the greatest challenge today. Each of us has so much potential but only very few people can claim that they have achieved all that they are capable of.
If you wish to identify the major obstacles that are preventing you from reaching your full potential, if you wish to escape overwhelm & get unstuck, if you wish to address your problem of poor outcomes & wish to build consistency & momentum then you need to work on how you are using your time, energy & attention (TEA).
Let you remind yourself that your main power & strength is your time, energy & attention. You seriously need to figure out how to have greatest return on your time, energy & attention investment.
You know that in such a fast paced world, how time slips away. It’s for that reason that it’s important that you don’t spend time, energy & attention on things that are frivolous, negative & just stupid. For God Sake, begin to only focus on what you genuinely want to experience & achieve.
This is how you can manage your Energy, Time & Attention to Achieve Your Full Potential!
Let you start focusing on your Time to begin with. If you don’t have time to do the things that will get you to your dream life, it doesn’t matter how much energy & attention you have.
If you have time but still aren’t happy with your results, look to improve your Energy. Once you have the time to do the things that will create your ideal life, you’ll need to manage your energy well in order to take repeated actions.
Once you have time & energy working for you, look to improve your attention. Being able to focus that energy in a specific direction will allow you to build a life you only dream now & help you get unstuck quickly & make you attain your ideal life.
Let you also try to control what you think, feel & how you react to dramatically boost your relationships, happiness & success.
