Your main goal in life should be to change & improve yourself every day. When you improve yourself, everything else gets better by default.
Darling listen – I think you are trying to do it backwards & that’s why you are not getting some where. You are not alone, these days, most of the people are doing it wrong 😂.
Too often, people convince themselves that massive success, profits, fitness & wellbeing requires some kind of massive action that everyone can talk about. No, never!
Progress often hides behind every day doing more of what already works & it seems that you are underestimating the value of making small improvements on a daily basis.
Sweetheart, I am talking about focusing on continuous improvement by slowly & slightly adjusting your everyday routine, habits & behaviors. I am talking about improving by just 1 percent.
I am talking about what isn’t notable & sometimes it isn’t even noticeable. But very meaningful & result ful, especially in the long run. If you get one percent better each day for one year, you’ll end up thirty-seven times better by the time you’re done.
Let me make it clear that I am just talking about doing more of what works & doing less of what doesn’t work. It is not that complicated 🤔.
Working out everyday, praying everyday, flossing every day, performing fundamental activities each day, not just when you have time. There are many examples of activities, behaviors, big & small, that have the possibilities to drive progress in our lives if we just did them with more consistency.
I wish & hope that you understand that the opportunity to go forward & improve yourself everyday is a blessing. Doesn’t matter what it may be for.
