That’s the whole point today – always remember that your life is your own. If you are mad – you are mad – You have to sort it out: it is your deed! No one to lean on, rely on or blame. No apologies or excuses. You alone are responsible for the quality of it. Nobody else is responsible for you, only you are responsible 🤭. 

Darling listen – you can choose to live in your fears, confusion & worries with your arrogance, or you can begin to stay in the essence of your practice, center yourself & be the one that demonstrates patience, compassion, mindfulness & thoughtfulness in everything you do & say.

Get the right perspective, get inspired & take action. That’s the only way to build your best life! You’ve got this!

I want to encourage you to align your days & dedication with your actual prayers, real goals & highest intention. Make yourself a light.

Let your presence, pure intentions, words & acts of thoughtfulness make people know that the world is still beautiful, smiling, optimistic & hopeful & that they can trust their God for the increase in the blessings!

ये सामान्य सी बात आप जानते हैं कि जब भांप बन कर पानी आकाश की तरफ उड़ता है, तब भी प्राकृतिक नियमों का ही पालन हो रहा होता है और जब पानी नीचे की तरफ बहता है, तब भी प्राकृतिक नियमों का ही पालन हो रहा होता है।

ऊपर की तरफ ले जाने वाले नियम भी प्राकृतिक हैं और नीचे की तरफ ले जाने वाले नियम भी प्राकृतिक हैं। हम चाहें तो ऊपर की ओर जा सकते हैं नही तो नीचे। चुनाव आपको और मुझे करना होता है। यही चुनाव करने की स्वतंत्रता और योग्यता तो हमे पशुओं से बेहतर या कम से कम भिन्न तो जरूर बनाती है। क्योंकि पशु चाहे भी तो ऊपर की तरफ नही जा सकता है। वह चाह ही नहीं सकता है।

अपने जीवन को अपवित्रता से पवित्रता की ओर, घृणा से ब्रह्माण्डीय प्रेम की ओर, अपूर्णता से पूर्णता की ओर, अज्ञान से शाश्वत ज्ञान की ओर, दुर्बलता से असीम शक्ति एवं मृत्यु से अमरता की यात्रा ही एक मायने में ऊपर उठना है। ऊपर उठने से मेरा मतलब है बुद्ध हो जाना, श्री राम जैसा हो जाना। और नीचे गिरने का तो मतलब आप जानते ही हैं 🤭।

हमारे पास ऊपर उठने के लिखित तरीके हैं, उपाय हैं, नियम हैं। हम चाहें तो ऊपर की तरफ जा सकते हैं। कितने लाखों लोग हमसे पहले अपनी श्रेष्ठता को हांसिल कर चुके हैं। बस उस तरफ जाने के लिए कठिन श्रम करना होगा। क्योंकी स्वभाविक है कि जब आप ऊपर की तरफ जाओगे तो जान तो लगानी ही पड़ेगी। पहाड़ से उतरने में थोड़े ही कोई मेहनत करनी पड़ती है।

एक बात याद दिला दूँ – जितने आप ऊपर उठ सकते हैं, उसी अनुपात में नीचे भी गिर सकते हैं। जितने बड़े शिखर पर चढ़ने की संभावना है, उतनी ही बड़ी खाई में गिर जाने की भी संभावना साथ ही जुड़ी हुई है। शिखर और खाई साथ—साथ चलते हैं। पतन और विकास साथ—साथ चलते हैं। अगर आदमी पशु होना चाहे, तो सभी पशुओं को मात कर सकता है। लेकिन कोई भी पशु बहुत नीचे नहीं गिर सकता है। एक पशु नीचा गिर गया है और एक पशु ऊंचा है, ऐसा आप फर्क नहीं कर सकते।

आपके जो निम्नस्तरीय या बुरे कर्म हैं, सोच हैं, प्रवृतियां हैं वे सब के सब आज नहि तो कल दुख लायेंगी और जीवन को नरक बना देंगी। जो श्रेष्ठ वर्तियाँ हैं, आदते हैं, पुण्यकर्म और हमारा श्रम हमें स्वर्ग, भक्ति व ज्ञान की प्राप्ति के साथ ही ईश्वर की प्राप्ति करवाता है। यही मनुष्य जीवन का परम लक्ष्य तथा एकमात्र लाभ भी है।

मैं आज अपने आराध्य प्रभु जी प्रार्थना करता हूँ कि आपके सभी शुभ संकल्प जल्द ही पूरे हों जायें तथा आप शास्त्र सम्मत, माता-पिता द्वारा निर्देशित और अपने गुरू द्वारा उपदेशित मार्ग पर चलते हुए – सुकर्म करते हुऐ जल्द ही शाश्वत आनंद की प्राप्ति के अधिकारी जायें और अपनी श्रेष्ठता के शिखर पर पहुंच जायें।

I wish you to know that right where you are, your every day & your every moment is sacred. It is all in divine order.

Although you may not realize it right now, everything around you & every life, including yours, is very much sacred, a gift, a surprise & perhaps, an expression of divine intention. Stop taking anyone or anything granted.

Darling listen – just change your perspective, silence your mental noise & give yourself permission right away to do whatever it takes to untie the knots, undo the stress & unleash your real spirit (potential).

Once you silence your inner critic, get rid of nasty thoughts, decrease your weariness, vice & greedy (selfish) desires & stop trying to control things in your own way just to satisfy your ego, you will begin to see joy, love, light, peace, humility, kindness, generosity & little miracles via your family members, friends, teammates, stories, events & experiences everywhere.

Sweetheart, in your uncertainties, doubts & especially when you don’t really know where the road is going, please remind yourself that everything is great & sacred between the lines, beneath your wings, over your head & at your back, always.

It’s okay, if you take 60 minutes or 90 minutes to defrost after waking up to find yourself or to gather yourself once again. Start your day by thinking & planning (after the stretching) to improve your life & your world. Let it be your first noble attempt to bring a sense of health, well-being & happiness, while capitalizing on the fresh energy that a new day usually brings.

Darling listen – I just want you to live everyday meaningfully & intentionally. A meaningful life may sound like a high aspiration for you right now 🤭, but you can simply think of it as making each moment of the day matter, once you get out of the bed.

Sweetheart, while wearing the face to face the world in the morning start your day by noticing that in so many ways your life is already meaningful. Believe me, dedicating & bringing some energy to those areas will help you immensely.

In the morning itself (everyday), remind yourself about your natural gifts, strengths, passions, values & all that you can do. Motivate yourself to use your full strengths & talents in ways that are useful & meaningful to you, to your families, teams or to your world. This is living a meaningful life. This is a powerful way to change the level of game.

Sweetheart, making sense of time & space, enhancing your sense of belonging, nurturing your relationships & expanding your community, dedicating your energy in attempting to do what you should do, instead of just doing blah-blah is not just a routine, it’s a sacred ritual.

जैसे कि आप जानते हैं कि हमारा जीवन और संस्कृति ईश्वर-प्रधान है। हमारा मानना है कि बिना ईश्वर के हमारा जीवन वैसे ही शून्य और निरर्थक है जैसे बिना पानी के समुंदर। धर्म प्रधान देश होने के कारण यहां ईश्वर के विभिन्न रूपों के एक से बढ़कर एक भव्य मंदिर हैं और हर मन्दिर में हजारों हज़ार लोग ईश्वर की पूजा अर्चना करने, उनके दर्शनार्थ हेतु रोज जाते हैं।

मंदिर में व्यक्ति साधरणतया अपने आराध्य की समृद्ध अनुष्ठानों से ‘प्राण’ प्रतिष्ठित मूर्ति की पूजा अर्चना के लिये जाता है, श्रद्धा व्यक्त करने जाता है। प्राण प्रतिष्ठा होने पर मूर्ति चैतन्य हो जाती है, उसमे जीवन का संचार हो जाता है। यांनी के उसमें प्राण (देवत्व) और आध्यात्मिकता की अलौकिकता जाग्रत हो जाती है।

लेकिन कमाल की बात तो ये है कि जो प्राण हर मनुष्य में शुरुआत से ही मौजूद है, वह इससे ताउम्र बेखबर रहता है अनजान रहता है।

एक बार पुनः याद दिला दूँ की आप उनकी चलती-फिरती मूरत हैं। इसलिए आपको स्वयं मे प्राण प्रतिष्ठा के लिये कोई विशेष अनुष्ठान, तपस्या या साधना करने की जरूरत नहीं है, बस जागृत होने की आवश्यकता है। आप को मात्र अपनी अनुभव शक्ति को प्रबुद्ध भर करना है। पूरी तरह चेतन हो कर जीवन बिताना शुरू करना है। अपने अंदर से अपनी आत्मा को यानी के प्राण को यानी के देवत्व को प्रगट करने की जरूरत है, अपनी दिनचर्या को ही एक तीर्थयात्रा बनाने की जरूरत है। बस यही प्रयास उनकी सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रार्थना है।

जैसे पुरोहित लोग – सन्त लोग मूर्ति में अपने अनुष्ठानों से प्राण डालते हैं वैसे ही हमे ये प्राण अपने सभी दैनिक विचारों, भावनाओं और गतिविधियों मे डालने हैं। आप जो भी काम बगैर प्राण डाले करते हैं, सिर्फ औपचारिकता के लिये करते हैं, सिर्फ लकीर पीटने के तरीके से करते हैं वो किसी काम के नही हैं। यकीन मानिये की जो पूजा पाठ, दान पुण्य, जो ध्यान – प्राणायाम या जो भी श्रम अब तक बगैर हृदय के भाव और बिना सच्चे मन से किये हैं वे सब बेकार हैं, उनका लाभ कभी नही मिलने वाला आपको।

आज मेरे आराध्य प्रभु जी से प्रार्थना है कि आपके अंतःकरण में भगवान की प्राण प्रतिष्ठा का भाव जागृत हो जाये, आपके प्राण एवं आपका चैतन्य जागृत हो जाये और आप ईश्वरीय अनुभूति में सराबोर हो जायें। आपके भीतर जल्द ही प्रेम, शांति और पवित्रता उतर आये तथा उनके स्वरूप का नूर उतर आये।

आपके सभी प्रकार के शोक, संशय व अन्य दोष समाप्त हो जायें, इसी कामना के साथ साथ मेरी आज प्रभु जी से ये भी प्रार्थना है कि आपके चेहरे पर सदा मुस्कान बनी रहे और आपके घर आँगन में खुशियों का वास सदा बना रहे। मंगल शुभकामनाएं।
