प्रार्थना
ॐ असतो मा सद्गमय।
तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय। मृत्योर्मामृतं गमय ॥
ॐ शान्ति शान्ति शान्तिः॥
इस श्लोक के माध्यम से मैं आज अपने आराध्य प्रभु से प्रार्थना करता हूँ कि वो हम सब पर अनुग्रह करें जिससे कि हम झूठ, मूर्खता, आडम्बर और मोह माया के जाल से निकल कर अपने जीवन की यथार्थता, सम्भावनायें, सचाई और वास्तविकता को पहचान सकें।
मेरी उनसे ये भी प्रार्थना है कि हमारे भीतर का अंधकार खत्म हो जाये और न सिर्फ हमारे अंतरतम में दिव्य प्रकाश की ज्योति जल उठे, बल्कि अपनी ज्योति से हम कुछ दूसरों के भी दीपों को प्रज्वलित कर पायें। हमारे शुभ संकल्प और प्रयास अत्यधिक सफल हों जिससे सभी प्रकार के अभाव, मानसिक और शारीरिक दुर्बलतायें, सभी प्रकार की अपर्याप्तता खत्म हो जाये और समस्त सुख-सुविधा, साधन-सम्पन्नता, सफलता, सन्तोष तथा पूर्ण संतुष्टि प्राप्त हो सके।

मैं अपने आराध्य प्रभु से आज प्रार्थना करता हूँ कि मंगल कामना के संकल्प से बांधा गया रक्षासूत्र – बांधने वाले और बंधवाने वाले दोनो के जीवन का रक्षक साबित हो, अशुभ कर्मो का निवारक साबित हो तथा दोनो की सदैव समस्त रोगो और मुसीबतों से रक्षा करे।
मैं आज प्रभु से ये भी प्रार्थना करता हूँ कि अटूट विश्वास, स्नेह भावना तथा केवल एक दूसरे की खुशियों की आकांक्षा से बांधा गया ये रक्षासूत्र भाई बहन दोनो को अमरता, नित्यता, नई चेतना, उत्साह, गति, स्फूर्ति एवं सर्व प्रकार से आनन्द प्रदान करने वाला साबित हो।

प्रार्थना
हम सभी प्रभु की कृपा, उनके अनुग्रह – आशीर्वाद की आकांक्षा रखते हैं। हम सभी चाहते हैं कि हम पर ईश्वर की कृपा अनवरत बनी रहे। हमारे सभी शुभ प्रयास सफल हों। हम जिस भी काम में हाथ डालें उसकी सफलता के लिए हमे ईश्वरीय अनुकंपा मिलती रहे।
कोई भी असंतुष्ट-अतृप्त, हताश व उदास नही रहना चाहता है। हम सब के सब प्रसन्नचित्त, आनंदित, प्रफुल्लित तथा ऊर्जावान बने रहना चाहते हैं। चाहते हैं कि जीवन के प्रत्येक क्षेत्र में सफलता हमारे कदम चूमे।
मगर ईश-अनुग्रह तभी सम्भव है जब आप आत्म-अनुशासन, श्रद्धा एवं आत्म-विश्वासपूर्वक द्वारा निरन्तर पुरुषार्थ करते रहते हैं औऱ शुद्ध भाव से प्रार्थना करते हैं उनका नित्य स्मरण करते हैं।
ये याद रखना होगा कि देव -आशीष का अधिकारी वही है जो सहज है, जिसका स्वभाव सरल-सादा है, जो निरभिमानी, विनयशील, सहृदय और सज्जन हैं। जो सर्वगुण संम्पन्न, शक्तिशाली और सामर्थ्यवान होते हुए भी विनम्र है वही उनकी कृपा का पात्र होता है।
मेरे आराध्य प्रभु से आज प्रार्थना है कि आप की प्रार्थना, साधना तथा सभी प्रयास अत्यधिक सफल हों और आपके उद्देश्यों की पूर्ति में सहायक सिद्ध हों।

Don’t Give Up!
There are moments when you realize that you alone can not resolve an issue & heal someone through your efforts in your own way. You feel so exhausted, drained & used up from trying so hard.
You realize that your strengths, powers, knowledge, connects, sources & other means are not enough & meaningful.
Sweetheart – It is time to start following the God’s plan. Remind yourself that God is with you. Stay strong, have faith, maintain peace inside & allow God to open up a new route for you. Allow Him to move you forward toward your God-given destiny.
Darling listen – I want you not to give up. I want you to keep working on your plans to overcome your challenges, sufferings & sickness. While I want you to start taking some more tough actions, I also want you to begin trusting God & praying more for His blessings & favours!
In the mean time, I am praying God to look upon you with eyes of mercy. Let His life-giving powers flow into every cell of your body & into the depths of your soul, cleansing, purifying, restoring you to wholeness, strength & life again.
