हम सभी को पता है कि हमारे जीवन में ज्यादातर द्वंद और मनोविकार अज्ञान, आलस और हमारी “मैं” और मूर्खता की वजह से हैं।

दूसरी ओर हमे ये भी पता है कि सद्वविचार, हमारी विनम्रता,  हमारे शुभ संकल्प, अच्छे कर्म और ईश्वर में विश्वास जीवन में समृद्धि, दिव्यता और उत्कृष्टता लाते हैं।

हम सब को ये भी अच्छे से मालूम है कि अंततः प्रभु के श्री चरणों मे ही जगह पानी है। लेकिन हम अक्सर इन सब बातों को भूल जाते हैं या अपने स्वार्थवश, लोभ लालच में निरन्तर नजरअंदाज करते रहते हैं।

“आप हैं” ये आपके लिये महत्वपूर्ण है लेकिन “आप क्या हैं” और “आप ज्यादातर क्या करते हैं” जब आप सक्षम हैं ये आपके ईष्ट के लिये महत्वपूर्ण है। बस यही सब याद दिलाने का मेर प्रयास रहता है। मेरा मानना है कि सुविचारों को पढ़ने से ही, सुनने से ही बदलाव आता है, तब ही अनुग्रह से प्राप्त इस मनुष्य जीवन के मुख्य उद्देश्य का पता चलता है और जीवन में निश्चिंतता, निर्भयता एवं आत्मीयता आती है।

इसीलिये अपने अन्तःकरण को और बुद्धि को सद्प्रवृत्ति एवं श्रेष्ठ मार्ग की ओर प्रेरित करते रहना, सुविचारों, आरतियों, कहानियों और महान ग्रन्थों में जो लिखा है उसे निजी जीवन में अमल में लाने का सतत प्रयास करना ही प्रार्थना मानी गयी है। निरंतर सत्संग करना, स्वाध्यायशील एवं प्रकाशमार्गी बने रहना एक प्रकार से हमारी सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रार्थना है।
