ये बहुमूल्य जीवन हम सभी को प्रसाद रूप में प्राप्त हुआ है। हम में से किसीने भी इसे प्राप्त करने के लिये कुछ किया थोड़े ही है। याद रखिये की हमने इसे कमाया नही है। ये कृपा आप पर – मुझ पर किसी अज्ञात लोक से बरसी है। हाँ हम इसे यूँही गंवा देने के लिये स्वंतत्र हैं और असल मे गंवा भी रहे हैं।

आप धन्यभागी हैं कि ये बहुमूल्य जीवन आपको मिला है। इसे प्रेम करो, इसे अहोभाव से जीना शुरू करो। क्योंकि इसी अहोभाव से इसीको श्रद्धा पूर्वक जीते हुए, अपने कर्त्तव्यों और प्रतिबद्धताओं को निष्ठा पूर्वक निभाते हुऐ किसी पल – किसी दिन परमात्मा को अंगीकार कर पाओगे।

इस जीवन को केवल तूच्छ, क्षुद्र, घटिया, निरर्थक या निचतापूर्ण बातों और कृत्यों को करते हुए बिताना नही है। जिस अनमोल अवसर को अपनी श्रेष्ठता, उत्तमता, उच्चता तथा उस परम् को प्राप्त करने में लगाया जा सकता हो, उसे यूँ ही खोने की क्या जरूरत है? जिस सागर तट पर आप हीरे बिन सकते हो वँहा केवल कंकड़ पत्थर बिन कर खुश हो जाना कंहा की समझदारी है? बस इसी अपव्वय से बच जाना – मूर्खता और अंधकार से जाग जाना पहले चरण की प्रार्थना है। आपकी आगे की – आध्यात्मिक यात्रा का पहला पड़ाव है।

वस्तुत: इस महान जीवन का हर पल मूल्यवान है। कौन जानता है कि जीवन का कौन-सा पल-क्षण आपको कहां से कहां पहुंचा दे। हर पल अपनी क्षमता के अनुरूप विवेकपूर्ण रीति-नीति से किया गया श्रेष्ठ कर्म उत्तरोत्तर व्यक्ति को उस मुकाम की ओर ले जाता है जहां इस सुरदुर्लभ मानव जीवन की सफलता और सार्थकता की अनुभूति से जीवन और ये सारा संसार धन्य हो उठता है।

इसीलिये एक एक काम- कृत्य सोच समझ कर करना, ध्यानपूर्वक करना प्रार्थना है। किसी का शुभ कर सको तो अच्छा है वरना अशुभ करने से हर हाल में स्वयं को रोकना-बचाये रखना प्रार्थना है। अपनी प्रतिबद्धताओं के अनुसार शुभ कृत्य करते हए अहोभाव से भरे रहना और उनका नामजप करते रहना ही प्रार्थना है।

आज मेरे आराध्य प्रभु जी से प्रार्थना है कि आपके सत्कर्मों, सद्विचारों और सदाचार के प्रभाव से आपका जीवन दिन प्रति दिन विकसित और समुन्नत होता चला जाये, उन्नत और उत्कर्ष होता चला जाये, दिव्य और महनीय होता चला जाये, स्वस्थ, सुखी, समृद्ध एवं खुशहाल होता चला जाये। उनकी प्राप्ति – अनुभूति का मार्ग तेजी से प्रशस्त होता चला जाये।
