Most of the people I talk to – want to be happy & successful, no matter what the age group is. They continuously search the ways to achieve these. Infact not the ways but shortcuts, magic tricks & hacks 😂. Funny, but it is also a reality that every person has their own specific definition of just what each of those things means to them. But overall if you want to drive out commonality among all then it is a desire to lead a life that’s free of fear, anxiety, sufferings & frustrations, while being loaded with abundance, fitness, joy, love & happiness is constant.
Good news – there is a expressway to all that you want. It is just that many people choose not to travel along those defined pathways.
I found out that in general their ego stops them from correcting despite that most of them are already aware of the fact that the route they have taken is not good enough & correct. They already know very well internally what is not good with them – be it their routine, habits, priorities, lifestyle, behavior or attitude or for them 🤔.
Believe me all of us are such bonded slaves of our habit, that we often forget to do the things that will benefit our health, well-being & life because we are always busy in doing the things that we are so used to. Though we all are doing so many things & surely have some habits & routines, but truly speaking not the ones that serve us. Usually, we are too busy responding to life & its overwhelming demands on us. Infact we all are just too busy in taking every bull, we brush with, by the horn 😤.
Remember you have time, body & energy as your greatest resources. Please begin to manage them well, wisely & use these effectively & efficiently. Remind yourself that you can not waste these completely before achieving all that you deserve & want in your life.
Let me remind you that It is a matter of your intentions, interest & focus. It is all about what are you focused on in life? What do you want the most? And what are the reasons for you to focus on & wanting those things?
Let you take some actions everyday to help you to move towards your hopes, goals & dreams. Believe me if you know your SMART goals, if you can do something day after day, you can surely succeed in no time.
One study found that on average, it takes more than 2 months before a new behavior becomes automatic — 66 days to be precise & it take anywhere from 18 to 254 days to form a habit. Whether you are trying to quit a bad habit or lifestyle or routine or institute a new one, it’s going to take some time. Don’t get discouraged if it doesn’t happen immediately.
Remember there is no magic pill & shortcuts are merely illusions that take you on a longer path to success. Sometimes, they become roadblocks that you never overcome.
The point is simple find spend your time & effort looking for something you think you know will work. Trust in yourself & put in the work. Follow your GPS signal, follow it until you reach your ultimate goals.
