Because people keep sitting on the fence trying to decide what to do. They don’t commit to following their dreams with the necessary actions & often they change their mind at the drop of a hat.
This is the INTENTION-BEHAVIOR or INTENTION-ACTION GAP—when we have every intention, will, desire of doing something with the knowledge & understanding, yet somehow it never happens. Look at the number of unfulfilled New Year’s resolutions to see that there is more to enacting a behaviour than intentions alone.
In other words what people say they would like / plan to do & what they actually do are entirely different. 😂
