हम कुछ भी कहें, असल मे तो हम ईश्वर को सच्चे मन से पाना ही नही चाहते हैं। अगर सच मे हमें ईश्वर को पाना होता तो क्या ये बात समझने में इतनी देर लगती की सभी जीवों के शरीर मे प्राण और जीवात्मा उनका ही एक स्वरूप है। दुनिया भर का ज्ञान होने के बावजूद, तर्क वितर्क करने के बावजूद, इतना पढ़ने लिखने के बावजूद इतनी छोटी सी बात पता नही क्यों समझ नही आती है।

सोचियेगा की क्यों आप को अपने और दूसरों के भीतर वे नही दिखते हैं 🤣??

क्योंकि जैसे ही आपको इस बात का ज्ञान हो जाता है कि सभी प्राणियों में वे मौजूद हैं, वैसे ही आपके मन मे पाप कर्म करने की, कोई दुष्कर्म करने की भावना खत्म हो जाती है। बड़े-छोटे का भेद खत्म हो जाता है। सुंदर-असुंदर में फ़र्क़ मिट जाता है। आप सरल-सहज और सदाचारी हो जाते हैं। दूसरों से बड़ा होने-दिखने का आपका अहंकार खत्म हो जाता है। अपने स्वार्थपूर्ति के लिये छल कपट या कोई गलत काम करने की भावना खत्म हो जाती है।

जैसे ही आपको हर जगह – हर चीज में ईश्वर नजर आने लगते हैं, जैसे ही आप एक शुद्ध बुद्ध आत्मा बन कर सब जगह परमात्मा को अनुभव महसूस करने लगते हैं, आप परम् आनंद की अनुभूति करने लगते हैं तथा आपका दिव्य प्रकाश चारों दिशाओं में अपनी रोशनी फैलाने लगता है।

बताईये ईश्वर की प्राप्ति या यूं कहें कि पूर्णता, उच्चता महानता एवं असल सफलता प्राप्त करने का इससे सरल उपाय या मार्ग क्या ही हो सकता है। लेकिन इस सरल उपाय की बजाये कठिन और जटिल तरीको से हम उन्हें प्राप्त करने की कोशिश करते रहते हैं या यूं कहें कि पाखण्ड और प्रपंच रचते रहते हैं। असल मे हम अपने मन मस्तिष्क में जानते हैं कि हम क्या कर रहे हैं 🤭।

इसलिये मेरा मानना है कि स्वमान मे स्थित हो जाना और स्वमान में बने रहना ही प्रार्थना है। स्वमान से मेरा मतलब है – “मै पवित्र आत्मा हूँ और मेरे प्राण एवं आत्मा में ईश्वर विराजते हैं”। सदा अपने इस स्वमान के आसन पर स्थित होकर, तर्क वितर्क, ईर्ष्या द्वेष तथा छल कपट से दूर रहकर सभी मे भी ईश्वर हैं मानकर अपने अपने धर्मानुसार कर्म करना अपने कर्तव्यों और प्रतिबद्धताओं का पालन करना ही प्रार्थना है।

जिस प्रकार आप ये भली भांति जानते हैं कि प्रभु को केवल प्रेम भाव से शुद्ध भोग अर्पित करना होता हैं उसी प्रकार आपको मानना ही होगा कि केवल निर्मल, शुद्ध शांत मन, आपके सद्कर्म, आपका सरल व्यवहार और शुद्ध आचरण ही उन्हें प्रिय है। आप स्वयं भी इसे समझ सकते हैं कि धूर्तता, दुष्कर्म एवं दुष्टता कैसे आपको ईश्वर की यानी कि सर्वत्र प्राण-तत्व की अनुभूति करवायेगी, कैसे आपको उनकी कृपा का पात्र बनायेगी।

मैं आज अपने आराध्य प्रभु जी से प्रार्थना करता हूँ कि आपके भीतर अगर कंही भी कोई दुर्गुण अभी भी बाकी है तो वो सद्गुण में तब्दील हो जाये, बुराई रूपी विष अच्छाई रूपी अम्रत में बदल जाये। आपकी कुबुद्धि, अहंकार और सभी संदेह खत्म हो जाएं। ईश्वरीय भाव आपके प्रत्येक शब्द, व्यवहार और कार्यों से स्वभाविक रूप से प्रकट होने लगे। आप की विनम्रता, सरलता और सहजता सभी को सुख प्रदान करे और आपके आस पास अगर कंही भी कलुषित वातावरण है तो वो भी शुद्ध, पवित्र एवं आनंदमय हो जाये।

आपके जीवन में खुशियों के सभी रंग भरे रहें। आप शतायु हों, स्वस्थ रहें, सशक्त रहें। आपको अपने स्नेहीजनों से एवं परिजनों से स्नेह और प्रेम सदा मिलता रहे, इन्ही तमाम कामनाओं के साथ साथ मैं आज प्रभु जी से ये भी प्रार्थना करता हूँ कि है आपके घर-आंगन में सदा शुभता और मांगल्य की वर्षा होती रहे। मंगल शुभकामनाएं 💐

आओ इस बार के होलिका दहन में केवल लकड़ियां ही नहीं बल्कि बीते पूरे वर्ष की सारी कड़वी – बेरंग यादों और अतीत के सारे दर्द, अनुभवों और दु:खों को जला दें, अपने राग, द्वेष और अहंकार को भस्म कर दें।

हर साल होलिका दहन हमें सनातन ईश्वरीय नीति याद दिलाता है कि जो जैसा करेगा, उसे वैसा भरना पड़ता है, चाहें वो कोई भी हो। भगवान की हजार आँखें, हजार हाथ और उनकी कराल दाढ़ से छिपकर – बचकर कोई जा ही नहीं सकता है। ये पावन पर्व हमे ये भी याद दिलाता है कि जिसने अपने जीवन की बागडोर परमात्मा के हाथ मे सौंप रखी है उसके साथ छल प्रपंच करने वाले को उसका परिणाम हर हाल में भुगतना ही पड़ता है।

इसीलिये प्रेम, मैत्री, करुणा के भावों के साथ हर परिस्थिति में लौकिक मर्यादा, नीति तथा अपने अपने धर्मानुसार शुभ कर्म करते रहना ही हमें उनकी कृपा का पात्र बनाता है और हमे दिन-प्रतिदिन श्रेष्ठ बनाता चला जाता है।

कबीर के भजनों के मशहूर गायक प्रहलाद सिंह टिपानिया जी का एक सुंदर भजन है जिसमे वे गाते हैं कि एक राम दशरथ का बेटा, एक राम घट घट मे बैठा। एक राम का सकल पसारा, एक राम इन सबसे न्यारा।।

मैं उन्हें तथा शबनम विरमानी को बहुत सुनता हूँ और पसन्द भी करता हूँ। लेकिन जितना मैं पढ़ता हूँ, सुनता हूँ और समझता हूँ उससे मुझे केवल एक बात लगती है कि वे कोई चार राम नही हैं। वे तो वही राम हैं जो घट-घट में बोल रहे हैं, वही तो दशरथ के घर थे, उन्ही राम का तो सकल पसारा है और मेरे अनुसार वही राम है जो सबसे न्यारे हैं। जैसे सबको अपने अपने अनुसार वही आकाश दिख रहा है जो अथाह है – अनन्त है, वैसे ही प्रभु का भी है।

परमात्मा आपको सदा सदा से आकाश की तरह उपलब्ध हैं। आप जहां भी हो, जैसे भी हो – वे आपके साथ हैं। बस सचेत रहो, खुले रहो और जागते रहो। मुझे लगता है ये हमारे जीवन का महत्वपूर्ण दृष्टिकोण है।

रोम-रोम में रमने वाला परमात्मतत्व यानी के चैतन्यतत्त्व का नाम ही राम है। मैं अपने लेख में अक्सर इसी परमात्मा की बात करता हूँ जो मुझ में और आप सब मे आत्माराम के रूप में विराजते हैं।

इसीलिये हम साधारण इंसानो को न तो बहुत दूर के, गहरे प्रश्नों की फिक्र करनी है और न ही उन्हें पूछना है। हमे पिछले जन्म, आने वाले जन्म, स्वर्ग-नर्क या इस तरह की अन्य बातों में घुसने की जरूरत नही है। जो सबसे बड़ी जरूरत है वो है स्वयं के प्रति सचेत होने की। जरूरत है स्वयं को जगाने की। दूर देखने से पहले, जरूरत है अपने भीतर में या निकट देखने की। भविष्य की सोचने की बजाये जरूरत है वर्तमान क्षण के प्रति सचेत रहने की, क्योंकि ये वर्तमान क्षण ही है जो अपने में भविष्य और अतीत के सब उत्तर लिए रहता है।

इसीलिये मेरा मानना है कि स्वयं के प्रति सचेत रहना, अपने आत्म जागरण, आत्म संवरण तथा अपने आत्मविकास की परम संभावना के प्रति सजग रहना और सतत प्रयत्नशील रहना ही हमारी सर्वोत्तम प्रार्थना है। प्रबुद्ध तथा अप्रमत्त भाव मे रहना प्रार्थना है। अपने सोच-विचार, आचरण, कार्यों और व्यवहार के प्रति सावधान रहना ही प्रार्थना है। हमारे लिये पूजा पाठ का तात्पर्य केवल प्रभु श्री राम का नाम जपने या ईश्वर भक्ति से ही नहीं है अपितु उन मूल्यों के प्रति आदर-आचरण से भी है, जिनके हमारे प्रभु प्रतीक हैं। वे शिष्टाचार और सदाचार के प्रतीक हैं। वे स्नेहशीलता, सहनशीलता, उदारता और धर्य के प्रतीक हैं। उन्हें जो-जो प्रिय हैं, प्रेम, सत्य, शील, मर्यादा, सदाचार, संयम, सदाशयता आदि जैसे उनके सभी 16 गुणों को अपने दैनिक व्यवहार और आचरण में शामिल कर लेना प्रार्थना है।

आप अपने वचनों, प्रतिवचनों, कार्यों और प्रतिक्रियाओं के प्रति, अपनी वाणी और अपने व्यवहार के प्रति, बाहर की बजाय अपने भीतर के प्रति अत्यधिक सजग-सचेत हो जायें जिससे आपकी पूर्णता-श्रेष्ठता हासिल करने की यात्रा सरस, सुंदर तथा सुखमय हो जाये, ऐसी मेरे आराध्य प्रभु से आज मेरी प्रार्थना है।

Today I wish to remind you that an awakened Soul can never be misled by the illusions & cannot be influenced by what happens & what goes around.

You live in a world which is a playground of stubborn, prideful, overconfident people who are mostly driven by their egos, greed, meanness or opportunism. Please stop yourself from being misled by the words, thoughts & deeds of such iniquitous people or setups trying to lead you down to garden paths.

Darling listen – you are not a part of their nasty or miserable world. You are an awakened & enlightened soul. You have the ability to think, speak, act & react responsibly. Please continue emitting your intelligent energy of love & a light that only unites & expands.

Sweetheart, an Awakened Soul knows very well that true rewards – affluence, knowledge, love, fitness, calmness, composure & spiritual attainment – comes only by improving itself little by little, from moment to moment as a smith removes the dross of silver or gold.

Sweetheart, every moment is a gift & opportunity to awaken to that which brings true & lasting happiness, unending peace & imperishable existence.

Sweetheart, it would be incredibly painful to get to the end of your life realising you didn’t live it to the full, that you wasted time doing useless things that didn’t serve your prime interests & objectives. I am sure, you do not want to be left with the feeling that you wasted your life or you didn’t chase lions or you didn’t say what you should have said or that you didn’t do things that you could have done.

I wish & hope that you find courage to live a life true to yourself, be able to create or produce better, work more, be able to open your heart, connect more, become happy & be able to live this one precious life meaningfully.
