Today, I wish to remind you that we are all noxious & obnoxious to a certain degree. Every single person is capable of being toxic, has been or currently is.. 🤭.
Who isn’t guilty of being an unpleasant person every now & then?
Darling listen – some people have the desire to be educated on it & do better while others will ignore any accountability & continue to act the same way. Pay attention 🙏.
Toxicity stems generally from greed, blame, shame & guilt. When we are rushed, tired, hungry, stressed or not hydrated enough we generally make snap decisions, act or react abnormally without thinking of the other people in our life.
Toxic behavior is any kind of behavior, action or reaction that results in unpleasantness for those around you. This can range from accidentally hurting someone’s feelings to alienating close friends & family through consistently negative, begrudging & greedy behaviors. In other words, toxic behavior is whatever someone does to bring negativity upon themselves & others.
Sweetheart, it’s important to nip these behaviors & habits in the bud so both you & your loved ones can enjoy a life of ease, comfort & positivity.
It may take some time, but adapting small, positive habits & behaviours will not only benefit you, but those around you as well.
Here are these simple things you can do to become a happier & less toxic person:
Being toxic isn’t permanent. You can change. While the results may not always be quick, one day you’re going to be able to look back & say how much you improved, all because you decided to start today.

प्रत्येक जीवन ईश्वर की ज्योत है और समस्त सृष्टि के प्रति, समस्त प्रकृति के प्रति, समस्त जीवों के प्रति, अपने जीवन के प्रति और अपने परमात्मा के प्रति निरन्तर अनुग्रह का बोध रहना ही प्रार्थना है।
जो कृतज्ञ हैं वे ही धन्यभागी होते हैं। जितने आप कृतज्ञ होते चलोगे परमतत्व की, आनंद की और सुकून की वर्षा उतनी ही सघन होती चलेगी। इस गणित को ठीक से हृदय में सम्हाल कर रख लेना ही प्रार्थना है।
लेकिन ऐसा नहीं है कि शिकायत करने के अवसर नही आते हैं। मन की अपेक्षाएं बड़ी हैं, हर पल – हर कदम पर शिकायतें उठती रहती हैं – उठेंगी ही उठेंगी। ऐसा होना था, नहीं हुआ। जब भी ऐसा लगे कि ऐसा होना था नहीं हुआ तो समझो गलती हुई। अगर समय रहते अपनी गलती पहचान गए, आंखें झुका लीं और प्रभु से क्षमा मांग ली और कह दिया की प्रभु आपकी मर्जी पूरी हो, जो आप कर रहे हैं मेरे लिये ठीक ही होगा, बढिया होगा – बस यही प्रार्थना है।
मेरे अनुसार तो बस यही फासला है संत में असंत में, ज्ञान और अज्ञान में, अंधेरे में और प्रकाश में। असल मे बस इतना ही फासला है भटके हुए में और पहुंचे हुए में। बस इतने से फासले में सारी घटना घट जाती है। जो उनकी मर्जी है वही बढिया है – यही भाव – अहोभाव है।
अहोभाव एवं अनुग्रह की इस मनोदशा को स्थिर रखना, उनकी तरफ से थोड़ा सा भी प्रकाश मिले, नाचना, मस्त हो जाना, जरा सी ऊर्जा मिले, धन्यवाद में बह जाना प्रार्थना है।
इस मनोदशा, इस निरन्तर अनुग्रह के भाव, अहोभाव में रहना ही परमात्मा से जोड़ने वाली प्रार्थना है। असल मे निर्वाण शिकायत से अहोभाव की यात्रा ही तो है बाकी कुछ नही।
आज अपने आराध्य प्रभु से प्रार्थना करता हूँ की आप सरल, सहज और शीतल होते चले जायें, आपके अनुग्रह का बोध, अहोभाव और कृतज्ञता का भाव दिनों दिन बढ़ता रहे, फूलों पर फूल खिलते रहें।
आप स्वस्थ रहें और मस्त रहें इसी कामना के साथ आज मैं प्रभु जी से ये भी प्रार्थना करता हूँ कि आपका जीवन खुशियों से सदा भरा रहे। मंगल शुभकामनाएं 🙏

Mostly we are told to think positive thoughts in order to attract positive energy & events. Today, my advice is to subtract negativity from your habits, rituals & life as much as possible to create space for positivity.
Darling listen – whatever you may say, your positivity to negativity ratio is totally out of whack, firmly weighing towards negativity. You are out of space for any positivity 🤭.
If you don’t know, your negativity has so many impressions – so many faces: pessimism, gloominess, narrow-mindedness, bitterness, disappointments, nastiness & bitchiness….
Sweetheart, stop being an active participant in negativity – a co-conspirer. Stop being drowned in it & sucked in always. Stop initiating it, spreading it, wallowing in it & looking for it everywhere 🤣.
Stop looking for it eagerly & paying attention to ugly buildings, dying trees, downing conversations & turn off the media sources that encourage nastiness & negativity with their air-time.
Use these last days of year to counter & exceed all the negativity & get out of this self-destructive urge completely. Your family, friends & your whole world will be so blessed. Let your presence become the present for your loved ones 🙏.
I wish & hope that you begin to expand & amplify the space around possibilities, proactivity, productivity & positivity, now or whenever it is convenient for you. Blessings 💐

While I wish you to find joy in every chapter of your existence, I want you to choose one thing to do everyday that makes you come alive – more alive in these last days of this year.
Darling listen – I want you to understand that your life can become purposeful, more happier & fulfilling only when you stop being someone who just does the bare minimum & start going the extra mile (doing more than the required 🙏).
I don’t know whether you are still sleeping, snoozing, drifting aimlessly or have woken up completely, I just want you to be accountable, not helpless; Interested, not just indifferent & start doing your things with zeal, passion, energy & enthusiasm.
One more thing I want you to understand is that there are so many things in life that you have very little or no control over. You are not the Executive Director of the Universe 🤭. However, you have incredible control over how you choose to respond to every experience you encounter. Your control lies in your responses. Choose them wisely, as your good responses will bring you life & the bad ones will take it from you.

Even though I am fundamentally an optimist & have always believed that there is a better life, a better world beyond the horizon.., I constantly accept where I am in this moment.
Sweetheart, for sure hope is a powerful force. When you know what you hope for most & hold it like a light within you, you can make things happen, almost like magic. But It doesn’t mean that your hopes & desires should take away what is there now, in this moment. Remember – Now is all you really have 🤭.
Living in the present is not just a overused popular Google phrase—it’s a recognized & evidence-backed lifestyle that not only help you to make everything in your world a bit more meaningful, beautiful & better, but also help you live peacefully with yourself & all others.
Darling listen – for me & some others, being in the present moment, or the “here & now,” means that you are fully engaged with your life, honoring who you are, what you look like now, how you feel & exerting your best efforts at this moment 🙏.
Sweetheart, it also means that you are mindful of what is happening at this very moment. You are not distracted by ruminations of the past or worries about the future, but centered in the here & now. All of our attention is focused on the present moment.

I don’t know about you, but when you ask people to look inside their mind & ask what they saw or found – the answer on average was – rubbish or garbage!
Just to make it clear, I am talking about negative & hurtful memories, bitterness, resentments, grudges or regret from the past & those collected or accumulated negative thoughts & stray desires that are utterly unworthy. You may be totally unaware of these.
I am also talking about that trash which often gets left behind week after week, year after year & sometimes even lifetime after lifetime. It is the trash that you have not been able to get rid of…
Darling listen – just like the trash in a dustbin, if not cleared leads to rotting stenches, unwelcome pests & the formation of hazardous bacteria……, the garbage in your mind or heart also tends to grow, stink & pollute the whole environment.
Sweetheart, negativity, foulness, rubbish & filthy thoughts inside us grow till they impel us to filthy actions that only make things worse, sometimes horrifyingly worse for us & everyone around us.
If you don’t want to increase the inefficiency, ineffectiveness & mess in your life, start minimizing the quantity of garbage in your heart & mind. Just as a bin that is cleaned regularly remains usable, so too a heart or mind that is cleaned regularly remains usable, instead of becoming useless or even harmful. Keep your bins cleaned 🙏.
There are two popular methods of maintaining a clean & tidy mind or heart. The first is not to allow any new rubbish to pile up & the second is to work hard at scrubbing away all the smut that has already accumulated. So simple 🤣.
Sweetheart, the solution is – choose consciously what you take in, what you dwell on & what you turn away from. I also want you to stop reacting unnecessarily, follow “One fool under one roof is enough” rule & let go. Practicing these regularly will bring clarity, peace & balance in life.
I know that there is no doubt the previous events you faced were definitely hurtful, they are now in the past. The pain we feel in the present is often self-created – you only add to your own misery by feeling sorry for yourself & replaying certain events in your hearts over & over again. By doing this, you keep your pain fresh & alive.
You need to quickly get rid of your fouler trash if you want to become more productive, happy & healthy. There is no choice!
