हम सब जानते हैं कि हमारे जीवन का उद्देश्य किसी नेवले सा नही है कि हमे हर समय किसी सांप को ढूंढ कर उसका फन कुचल देना है या फिर उस गिद्ध के समान की जिसे हर वक्त अपने पंजो में किसी शिकार को दबोच लेना है। हमारा उद्देश्य युद्ध मे जीते हुए उस अहंकारी सैनिक की तरह भी नही है जो केवल विध्वंस करते हुए, गरजते-हुँकार भरते हुए यंहा वँहा सब जगह घूमते रहता है।

उम्मीद है आप मेरी इस बात से सहमत होंगे कि हम सब के जीवन का मुख्य उद्देश्य है उस सूरज की तरह जीना जो अपनी ऊर्जा से, प्रकाश से अपने आस पास सब कुछ प्रकाशित कर देता है, जो जीवन देती अपनी रुपहली किरणों से हर अंधेरे को खत्म कर देता है, जो शाम को ढल जाने के बावजूद भी हर सुबह दुबारा रोशनी बिखेरते हुए उग आने का सन्देश देता है।

उम्मीद है आप मेरी इस बात से भी सहमत होंगे कि हम सब के जीवन का मुख्य उद्देश्य है उस बुद्ध की तरह अपने जीवन को जीना जो अपने आत्मज्ञान और अंतरात्मा के प्रकाश से किसी प्रकाश स्तंभ की तरह सदैव जगमगाते रहता है।

इसीलिये मेरा मानना है कि हमारे जीवन का उद्देश्य है अपने लौकिक जीवन को अधिक से अधिक परिष्कृत करने में जुटे रहना, उसे उत्कृष्ट, महान और धार्मिक बनाने के लिये प्रयासरत रहना। धार्मिक होने से मेरा मतलब है आपके मुख से निकला प्रत्येक शब्द ईश्वर से संवाद करने जैसा हो जाना, प्रत्येक व्यवहार का, आचरण का, कार्य का तथा हर एक अभिव्यक्ति का आपके द्वारा की गई उनकी प्रार्थना की अनुकृति हो जाना। अपने विचारों से सब को प्रेरित करना, सब का मन आनंदित करना और तृप्त कर पाना धार्मिक होना है। धार्मिक होने से मेरा ये भी मतलब है की आप मे से परमात्मा का स्वतः ही प्रतिबिम्बित होना- यानी के आपके दिव्य स्वरूप का प्रकट होना।

इसीलिये अपने भीतर उतर कर जो भी मलिनता, स्वार्थीपन, कपटिपन तथा असंतुष्ट भाव या अन्य व्यर्थ की घटिया बातें जो कुछ विषम परस्थितियों की वजह से जमा हो गयी हों उन्हें निरन्तर साफ करते रहना सही प्रार्थना है। अपने अन्तस् को हर हाल में स्वच्छ, पवित्र, परोपकारी, प्रेमपूर्ण तथा प्रसन्न बनाये रखना हमारी प्रार्थना है। अपनी दिव्यता को सुरक्षित रखना, स्वयं को बगैर किसी लालसा के और बगैर किसी आदेश के और निगरानी के धार्मिक बनाये रखना, धार्मिक आचरण करना ही सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रार्थना है। इसीलिये मेरा मानना है कि पशु परवर्तियों का दैनिक रूप से विसर्जन और दैव परवर्तियों का निरन्तर आह्वान ही हमारी दैनिक प्रार्थना है।

आज अपने आराध्य प्रभु से प्रार्थना करता हूँ कि आपको जल्द ही अनेक सुखद सयोंग और अनुभव प्राप्त हों तथा आपकी सर्वोतमुखी प्रगति हो।

आप स्वस्थ, सुंदर, सक्रिय और धर्मपरायण बने रहें तथा आपकी मनोदशा सदैव प्रसन्नचित बनी रहे, इन्ही सब मंगलकामनाओं के साथ साथ मैं आज प्रभु जी से ये भी प्रार्थना करता हूँ कि आपके जीवन एवं आपके घर आंगन में सकारात्मकता और सौभाग्य में तेजी से वृद्धि हो। मंगल शुभकामनाएं।

Today, I am asking you to make an effort to be kind, respectful & graceful through your reactions, actions & words. Try creating a heaven to live & not hell for yourself & others.

Sweetheart, while doing the things that are to be done as a part of your daily routine, I am asking you to work on something to solve or to bring them to completion or to a required state.

I am asking you to do a couple of things that make you a better person inside & out. I am asking you to refine your thoughts, words, actions & reactions.

Darling listen – I am not asking you to plan & do some impossible & scary things like climbing Everest, no, not at all. All I am asking you to do is one or two extra things that help you to create healthy connections & relationships, overcome life’s hurdles with resilience & help you to grow as a person.

I am asking you to take your promises seriously & always try to do more than you promised.

I am asking you to say a few encouraging words that brightens someone’s day, nod with a smile in a conversation & do something that will give a glimpse of your divine flames & all the potential you have.

I am asking you to get rid of one or two things that are standing in the way of your success, happiness, good health & your greatness. I am asking you to stop thinking negatively, because ill feelings, conflicts, resentment & unpleasantness will add zero value to your life.

Sweetheart, please see what else will benefit you & your loved ones most right now & make you a better person. I am asking you to simply focus on those 🙏.

Sweetheart, it is not too much about visible & tangible things that I am telling you to release, I am talking about a few less obvious things that you should let go, such as your triggers, conflicting feelings, destructive emotions, hatred or unwarranted resentment or it maybe your prejudicial way of thinking, speaking & doing things that are actually detrimental to your health, happiness & future.

Sweetheart, your worth never comes from another person. Your worth is right inside of you & therefore I want you to connect with your true self within. I want you to start treating your true self with more care.

What I am trying to tell you is this: The best way to “make others treat you the way you want to be treated” is to treat & conduct yourself very carefully. I want you to watch your manners, behaviours, words & doings very carefully, keep your promises & prioritise your own health, mental wellbeing & life purposes over everything else.

Sweetheart, you can’t behave like a jerk or scum all the time, snub others & talk in anger or negative language with people, manipulate them & want them to respect you, love you & admire you. How is it going to happen 🤔?

Darling listen – I want you to start dressing well, begin to smile more during every interaction & start showing your competence & capabilities in every engagement.

All the successful people & celebrities know this & this is how they live everyday. Let you also begin to bring out your own star qualities for all to admire. I mean identify what you are good at & start giving it breath, time, space & life, more than anything else…

Our level of self-care or self-respect acts almost like a blueprint to instruct others how to engage with us. When we treat ourselves with priority, accept & trust ourselves fully, stay true to our values, engage in behaviors consistent with our core beliefs & life principles – we feel more fulfilled & confident, in turn improve our sense of well-being & attract more of those who respect us, support us & treat us how we want to be treated.

Though I choose to motivate, encourage & inspire you daily, I am of the opinion that you can’t go far in life if you everyday need to be reminded & encouraged to do something that you are not willing to do at your own 🤭.

Darling listen – if you really wish to become incredibly successful, healthy, happy or fulfilled & live a better life, stop waiting for a shot in the arm daily & start doing things by your own will. Nothing happen if you just sit, wait & talk about things & do not do anything 🤣.

I know, most people talk about the things they’re “doing” to hear the praises without actually having done these. You’ll never achieve anything in real on this supposition.

I wish to remind you that until you begin to do things from your own will as a habit or ritual & don’t stop until your desired results start talking for you, you can’t grow, develop & succeed as an individual.

I repeat, those who produce extraordinary results don’t have to pump themselves up daily to do what they need to do. They just keep showing up consistently, every day, for weeks, months, years… that’s the secret of their success.

While there may be different ideas on what greatness is, I think it is not only a quality but it is also an expression (your daily rituals, actions, behaviours & responses). In my opinion, it is also remaining connected to your true life purpose & expressing your life purpose through your daily life.

Sweetheart, you can also live with greatness everyday by simply doing things & making choices that are aligned with your life purpose & your greatness. In my case, I found my purpose & aligned my daily rituals accordingly (to inspire, motivate & empower others to follow their dreams & do what they love).

I repeat – expressing your greatness everyday is a must if you wish to be happier & live a more fulfilling life.

अधिकतर लोग इस आशा में अपना जीवन जीते रहते हैं कि मरकर उन्हें स्वर्ग मिलेगा। एक बात बतायें की जिसे जीते जी स्वर्ग नही मिला, वह मरकर कैसे पा लेगा और पा भी लिया तो किस काम का? जो जीते जी चूक गया वो मुर्दा होकर क्या पा लेगा? अपनी समझ से तो बाहर है।

पुण्यात्मा का स्वर्ग यंही है, अभी है, वो जंहा है जीवंत है उसका अपना स्वर्ग उसके चारों ओर है। उसे कंही भी भेज दो वो वंही अपने स्वर्ग का निर्माण कर लेगा। पुण्यात्मा अपना स्वर्ग अपने साथ लेकर चलते हैं। पुण्यात्मा से मेरा मतलब है उन लोगों से है जिनकी प्रवृत्ति शुभ है, जो होश की जिंदगी जी रहे हैं, जिनका प्रत्येक कृत्य सत्कर्म है, सुनियोजित है, सुविचारित है और जानते बुझते हुए किया गया है – अनजाने में नहीं किया गया और पाखण्ड और किसी को धोखा देने के लिये तो बिल्कुल नही किया गया है।

और यही बात पापात्मा पर भी लागू होती है। उसे स्वर्ग में भी भेज दो, तो वो अपनी गलत इच्छाओं और निकृष्ट महत्वकांक्षाओं की वजह से, नीची सोच या अनुचित लोभ लालच की वजह से अवांछनीय, निंदनीय और अपने मैले विचारों और दुष्ट कर्मो से उसे नरक बना देता है। ऐसे लोग करते करते इतने क्लेश बढ़ा लेते हैं कि अंत मे उन्ही में उलझ कर बुरी तरह से मर खप के नष्ट हो जातें हैं।

हम सब देवता, ऋषि और सम्राट होने की क्षमता लेकर पैदा हैं, ईश्वरीय प्रयोजनों को पूरा करने के लिए पैदा हुए हैं और धीरे धीरे क्या बनते चले जाते हैं हम सब जानते हैं। हम सब में बीज तो आम के फल का है और बन जाते हैं बबूल का पेड़। अगर हम वो न हो पाए, बन पाये जो हम हो सकते थे तो हमारे अतिरिक्त कोई और जिम्मेवार नहीं है। ये समझ लेना है।

इसलिये मेरा मानना है कि भले ही कोई बहुत सी संहिता कंठस्थ कर ले, दिन रात पूजा पाठ में लगा रहे, लेकिन अहंकार वश या प्रमादवश अगर उनमें कहि हुई बातों का अनुसरण न करे, उन पर आचरण न करे तो वह सिर्फ दूसरों की गांय गिनने वाले ग्वाले के समान है। केवल चराने के लिये ले जाने से ग्वाला उन गायों का दूध दही माखन प्राप्त करने का अधिकारी नही बन जाता है। उम्मीद है ये उदाहरण समझ आया होगा।

कुछ भी सिर्फ जान लेने से पुण्य का कोई संबंध नहीं है। उसका केवल जीने से संबंध है। किसी भी जानकारी का अमल में लाने से पूण्य का संबंध है। बस यही समझ बनाये रखना प्रार्थना है। सदैव सत्कर्मो में संलग्न रहना प्रार्थना है। प्रबुद्ध आत्मा की तरह सरलता और सहजता से नीतिगत, नैतिक और सामाजिक मर्यादाओं, अपने कर्तव्यों और प्रतिबद्धताओं का पालन करते रहना प्रार्थना है।

जो लोग मन, वाणी और शरीर से धर्म के विरुद्ध यानी के पाप कर्मों में संलग्न रहते हैं वे परलोक की तो छोड़ो इस लोक के भी असली महोत्सव से वंचित रह जाते हैं। पापी के जीने का ढंग ही ऐसा हो जाता है कि वो धरती के उस पहले से ही मिले हुए स्वर्ग से भी चूक जाता है जंहा आसमानी देवता भी आने को तरसते रहते हैं। और एक बात पक्की है कि जो इस लोक में स्वर्ग से चूक जाता है वह परलोक में भी जरूर चूकेगा।

आज अपने आराध्य प्रभु से प्रार्थना करता हूँ कि आपकी अनुकूल और सौमनस्य कामनाओं में वृद्धि हो, आपके सतकर्मों में, सद्बुद्धि में, बड़प्पन में और भद्रता में बढ़ोतरी हो। आपके सौभाग्य में, आपकी उत्कृष्टता और व्यापकता में वृद्धि हो और सभी शुभ प्रयास और संकल्प तेजी से फलीभूत हों। आपका जीवन और भाग्य आपके विचारों और कार्यों की वजह से चमक उठे।
